Mike Fitzsimmons, CEO, Delivery Agent: As Delivery Agent's founder and CEO, Mike Fitzsimmons has developed and commercialized the only multi-media platform that connects viewers with products SeenON! and related to their favorite television shows, movies, sports, and music videos. Under his leadership, Delivery Agent has become the leader in shopping-enabled programming for renowned content producers and distributors such as ABC, NBC, Fox, E! Networks and MTVN and was recently recognized as one of the "Hot 100 Companies" in the US by Price Waterhouse and Entrepreneur Magazine. Prior to founding Delivery Agent, Mr. Fitzsimmons led Product Marketing and Business Development for Something Now, Inc., which was acquired by CNET Networks in 2001. At Something Now, Mr. Fitzsimmons developed the industry's first synchronized e-commerce application that enabled real-time promotion of related consumer electronics products and services online. Before his work at Something Now, Mr. Fitzsimmons was a member of Circuit City Stores, Inc. Corporate Development and Direct Response Divisions, where his group brought in annual revenue in excess of $550 million. Additionally, he managed the company's start-up initiatives for their catalog, direct-mail and outbound call centers. Other Circuit City businesses from which Mr. Fitzsimmons has added to his product marketing and management expertise include: Circuitcity.com, CarMax, Circuit City Direct and DIVX. A recognized expert on e-commerce and convergence, Mr. Fitzsimmons has recently been featured in the Wall Street Journal, ABC News, Forbes, The London Times, Madison and Vine, Reuters, The Hollywood Reporter, The BBC, CNN/Money and Variety and on Branded Entertainment panels including The Media and Entertainment Forum and Ad Tech. A native of Virginia, Mr. Fitzsimmons is a graduate of Hampden Sydney College with a Degree in Economics.

He created the initial strategy to develop the company's retail-branded MVNOs and its celebrity-driven mobile content platform, which originally featured Shaquille O'Neal. Mr. Greene served as the chief negotiator in delivering multiple wireless carrier agreements, technical partnerships, and handset contracts. Mr. Greene is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.

Dina Pradel
is a publishing and online media veteran with an expertise in creating online networks. As vice president of marketing for StyleFeeder, a leading social shopping site based in Boston, she is focused on building audience and defining the emerging preference technology space. Most recently, Dina served as general manager of Y2M: Youth Media and Marketing Networks, where she oversaw the sale of the company to mtvU, the college-facing operating unit of Viacom's MTV Networks. She started her career in New York at Nation's Restaurant News magazine and used that experience to later launch Boston Business Forward magazine. She has also assisted early-stage companies in raising capital as Vice President at boutique investment bank Northstar Global Partners. Dina holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, as well as a B.S. and M.S. from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.






Mike Pinto is currently Managing Principal of specialty finance company mCapital LLC, where he is responsible for leading the growth of the company’s investment portfolio. Prior to mCapital Mike was the CEO of mobZilla, a dual platform mobile and PC music service provider targeting the US mobile consumer. Prior to mobZilla Mike held managing director positions with two European wireless application service providers, Advanced Telecom Group and Sonar Telecom. Working mostly in the Spanish market, both companies specialized in delivering premium content to mobile consumers through relationships with major and local TV channels, magazines, newspapers, and retail shops. While at Sonar Mike successfully signed and led the national launch of the first branded interactive phone version of “Who Wants To Be A Millionaire”. During his tenure at Advanced Telecom Group, Mike led a team that aggregated premium SMS billing with 23 operators in 6 countries, and formed strategic revenue partnerships with over 50 media and content companies, including major magazine, newspaper and television networks. Before entering the mobile market in Europe Mike was involved in a variety of brick and mortar businesses in the US, and served 6 years as a Marine.

Steve Bava, Group Account Director, WHITTMANHART: As Group Account Director for WHITTMANHART, Steve manages the strategic consulting and implementation of our fully integrated marketing campaigns including web development, online advertising, print and promotions for Cingular Wireless, Tupperware, Lexus and Xoodlz. Steve joined WHITTMANHART from Agency.com where he led web development and online marketing teams for DaimlerChrysler, Hitachi Home Electronics, Mandalay Resort Group and Universal Studios. His successful leadership helped his clients win two Webby Awards for site design in the travel category. Prior to becoming an Account Director at Agency.com, he also served as a Strategy Director developing Internet strategies for Miller Brewing, 3M, DaimlerChrysler and Harrah’s Entertainment. Steve’s marketing career began as Nissan North America’s eBusiness Marketing Manager where he oversaw the development, implementation and promotion of Nissan’s website. His supervision won the Yahoo Internet Life and ZD Net’s Best Automotive Site awards in 2000. His tenure at Nissan also included Brand Marketing, Customer Service and Operations positions. Steve received his Master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and his Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois.

Jonathan Cobb, Founder and CEO, Kiptronic: A technologist and multimedia maven, Cobb has been creating technologies that power online media. As General Manager of KWUR 90.3 FM in St. Louis, Cobb developed an early Internet audio streaming system in 1996, realizing the global power and reach of the Web. In 2000, he founded and launched one of the first geographically distributed real-time Internet radio stations, which allowed users to broadcast their show on low-bandwidth connections and interact with their audience. He has held numerous senior engineering positions in a number of Silicon Valley startups, most recently as Senior Software Architect for Covalent Technologies, an enterprise-class software and services company. Cobb has also played integral roles in starting and running several start-ups including Hyperic Software, producers of HQ, a popular IT management software system. A frequent speaker at industry events, Cobb has presented at Portable Media Expo, the Corporate Podcasting Summit and AlwaysOn’s OnHollywood. Cobb holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.



T.N.C.VENKATA RANGAN is a Technocrat Businessman and Chairman and Managing Director of Vishwak Solutions Pvt. Ltd – A Global Innovator in Portal Solutions with Offices in India and USA. He has been the Architect behind many web and mobile solutions for clients including like MSN India, Hutch & LiveMint. Venkat believes in giving back to the community what I have received. Helping him to achieve this is the nomination to the position of Microsoft Regional Director, Chennai in the year 1999. In his capacity as Regional Director he helps enterprises in strategic technical decisions around Microsoft technologies. He has been holding this position till date by actively contributing to the community. He is Passionate about Tamil language and Tamil language development using Unicode development & providing Indian language support. He formalizes this being the Vice-Chairman in International Forum for Information Technology in Tamil (INFITT).
