Lisa Marino, Chief Revenue Officer, RockYou: leading all brand sales initiatives for
the company. Prior to RockYou Lisa was the National Sales Manager for eBay Motors calling on all major automotive OEMs as well as their franchise dealers. Prior to eBay, Lisa co-founded Cima Systems, a leading fixed operations CRM provider for auto dealers. Lisa started her career in Silicon Valley as a technology M&A investment banker for Montgomery Securities. She earned her MBA from Stanford University School of Business and a BS in Finance from the Wharton School.














Jennifer Cooper, Founder and Principle, Rocketfuel Media: Jennifer Coop
er brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and business development in technology and digital media industries to Mixercast, a widget technology platform company specializing in ad campaigns within social networks. Her work with A-list digital media executives provides her with extensive knowledge of strategic content alliances, distribution and syndication. As CEO of Mixercast, Jennifer’s creativity and technical expertise builds winning strategies that drive business growth for top CPG products and well-known media brands. Prior to joining Mixercast, Jennifer served as Executive Director of Business Development for Yahoo! Inc., where she designed and launched Yahoo!’s first video subscription service and managed large media industry relationships including ABC/Disney, A&E Networks, Paramount, CBS, Time Warner/HBO and CNN. In addition, she was responsible for crafting and implementing broadband video content strategy, sourcing and acquisitions for co-branded portals such as ATT Yahoo! DSL, Verizon Yahoo! DSL, Rogers Yahoo! and BT Yahoo!. In addition to her tenure at Yahoo!, Jennifer led sales, business development and created strategic partnerships for digital media start-up companies including Generic Media and New Zing. She began her career managing sales at enterprise technology companies Oracle, Xerox and IBM before advancing into strategic business development positions at VXtreme Inc. (now the Microsoft Windows media platform) and Microsoft. As founder and executive vice president of nCommand, Inc, Jennifer served on the board of directors and was responsible for securing initial rounds of Venture financing, as well as creating initial client relationships for nCommand’s products. Jennifer holds a dual B.S. degree in computer science and marketing from San Francisco State University.

Natalie Petouhoff, Senior Analyst, Forrester Research: Natalie serves Business Process & Applications professionals who work with customer service, customer relationship management, and social media professionals to support customer-facing processes. As a leading expert, she is often quoted in the press and on television on how the top companies forge IT and business teams that develop IT solutions to provide great experiences and retain loyal customers. She reviews customer service and CRM vendor's applications and provides IT and business process leaders with guidance on how to integrate social media applications and platforms into the contact center, as well as the emerging field of social CRM. Her research on customer service best practices via the FastForward Innovation Framework includes six areas around people, process, and technology, as well as integrating organizational change management as part of an initiative to reduce risk and ensure higher ROI for the investment. In addition, Natalie's model on the ROI of social media for customer service is helping companies justify this as part of their enterprise technology and customer experience strategy.. Natalie has more than 20 years of leadership experience in management consulting and systems integration firms, including BenchmarkPortal, Hitachi Consulting, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting. Her years of practical experience in industry were gained at companies like General Electric, General Motors, Hughes Electronics, and Sony Pictures. Natalie's articles appear in BusinessWeek, CIO Magazine, CRM Magazine, Customer Interactions Solutions, CustomerThink.com, Fast Company, Information-Age, InfoWorld, ITWorld, The New York Times, Peppers & Rogers 1-to-1 Magazine,USA Today, and ZDNet. As accomplished public speaker, Natalie is a keynote speaker at events including, Enterprise 2.0, Forrester's IT, Business Technology, and Consumer and Customer Experience Forums, Destination CRM Evolution Conference, ICMI Conference, Call Center 2.0, Shared Insights Self-Service Conference, SOCAP, Pepperdine's Business Forum, and WOMMA. Natalie obtained a B.S. and M.S. in engineering from the University of Michigan and a Ph.D. in engineering from UCLA.

John Trimble, Chief Revenue Officer, Pandora: Since joining
Pandora nearly a year ago as Pandora’s chief revenue officer, John Trimble has been building the company’s strategy to capitalize upon ad revenue growth opportunities by expanding into new markets, such as mobile and audio. Recently, as part of John’s efforts to bring the buying power of the Pandora user base to every size business, Pandora has implemented a sales strategy to develop advertising products for small and medium-sized and local businesses. Prior to joining Pandora in March 2009, Trimble served as EVP of ad sales for Glam Media focusing on developing new market segments and the company's entrance into the men’s market with the Brash network. Previously, in his SVP role at Fox Interactive Media, Trimble managed sales initiatives and drove ad revenue for FIM’s biggest online media properties including MySpace.com and AmericanIdol.com. Trimble’s first foray into digital media, in 1999, was at Phase2 Media as VP, sales, where he was responsible for selling the International Olympic Committee's first commercial website globally around the Sydney 2000 games.



Clarke R. Keough, Partner Marsys Digital, latest venture is a digital content distr
ibution network managing advertising content in real time. Mr. Keough is a former CEO of Novus Communications. Prior to that he was a Managing Director of Allen & Company, with extensive knowledge of the media and technology industries. Over his career at Allen, Mr. Keough worked in numerous areas, including new business generation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and direct investments, where he managed the firm’s relationships with numerous money managers, both public and private. In addition, Mr. Keough managed a number of large corporate relationships, including, Home Depot, McDonalds, Cirque du Soleil and Wal-Mart. Within over 15 years at Allen, Mr. Keough worked on transactions and financings for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Imagine Films, Tri-Star Pictures, The Washington Post Company, Corbis, the digital imaging company owned by Bill Gates, and DIC, one of the largest library of children’s animated television in the world. Mr. Keough earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and received his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Jon Vlassopulos, CEO, skyrockit: Jon Vlassopulos holds the dual roles of CEO of skyrockit and GM, North America for Bellrock Media, skyrockit's parent company. He oversees the company's initiatives in branded entertainment and digital entertainment services, as well as its mobile personalization business. In this position, Jon has overseen the development of several successful branded entertainment projects, with successes such as the Virtual Zippo Lighter iPhone App, which has had over 5 million downloads thus far, and A&E's Paranormal State iPhone App, which is the most interactive TV application, with more than 50% of people watching the show also downloading the app. He has seen similar success at Bellrock with projects under way with big-name brands such as Coca-Cola, Panasonic, Myzo and the original programming project, "24 Hours at Sundance", a real-time, online reality show competition broadcast live from the Sundance Film Festival with Ashton Kutcher, which received over one million views. Vlassopulos was most recently Senior Vice President, Digital Media & Branded Entertainment for Endemol, the global leader in entertainment programming. He was responsible for building Endemol's worldwide digital business and growing the company into new areas such as casual gaming and branded entertainment. He also revolutionized the interactive TV market in the U.S. with his work on hit shows like "Deal or No Deal". Prior to that, he served as Senior Director, Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at AT&T Wireless, launching major media brands on AT&T services including mMode. While at the carrier, he directed the launch of the first wireless music service, and ran major mobile marketing campaigns with brands like McDonalds and Kelloggs. His background also includes multiple executive positions at Bertelsmann in New York, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Jon received his undergraduate degree from Durham University in Chinese, Economics and Korean. He serves on the board of NATPE, the National Association of Television Program Executives.

Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, Nightwood Capital, bas
ed in New York, NY. prior to Nightwood Capital, Sun joined Oppenheimer in September 2006 to head the Digital Media and Internet investment banking practice. Sun's experience of over fourteen years in investment banking includes corporate finance coverage of Media (cable and entertainment), Digital Media, Internet and software companies at TD Securities, Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers as well as equity research at Lehman Brothers. Over the years Sun has represented a wide range of clients in these sectors encompassing a variety of equity, debt and merger & acquisition transactions including Adelphia Communications, Autobytel, Comcast Corporation, Digital Domain, iVillage, Liquid Audio, Mediaplex, Scientific-Atlanta and TiVo. She also spent two years at TCSI in Berkeley, CA in Business Development and Finance. Sun graduated from Columbia Business School in 1988 with an MBA in Finance and a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from Macalester College in St. Paul, MN in 1984.
