Diaz Nesamoney, CEO of Jivox: Diaz Nesamoney is founder and CEO of Jivox. Before
founding Jivox, he founded Celequest, raised over $20M in venture capital, and served as its CEO until early 2007, when the company was acquired by Cognos. Celequest introduced the market’s first BI appliance, a disruptive innovation that led to its acquisition by Cognos. He was previously co-founder, President and COO at Informatica, which he took from a startup to a publicly traded company in 1999 with a market capitalization of over $1 billion dollars. Informatica pioneered data integration software as a category and is now the market leader with over $400M in revenue. Diaz is a trustee of the American India Foundation, a leading international development organization charged with the mission of accelerating social and economic change in India. He holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in India.


Adam Cahan, Chief Executive Officer, Auditude, Inc.: Adam’s career has been focused on online publishing, digital distribution and advertising. Prior to joining Auditude, Adam was Executive Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for MTV Networks. There Adam supported the Music and Youth (MTV, VH1, CMT, MTV2); Kids and Family (Nickelodeon, Noggin, NeoPets); and Entertainment (Comedy Central, Spike, Atom Entertainment) teams in areas of monetization, distribution and acquisitions. Highlights included partnering with Yahoo! for search monetization, Google for Hyper-distribution, redesign of MTV.com and development of Hulu founding principles. Prior to MTVN Adam served in a leadership capacity at Google in Business Operations where he supported the development of brand advertising, wireless, and video products along with international market entry strategy. Adam’s background includes positions with NBC Universal in Business Development and McKinsey & Company where as an Associate Principal he worked with clients in areas of technology and media including Microsoft, Yahoo!, The New York Times, AT&T Wireless, and Cingular Wireless. Adam has spoken on the topic of online video advertising at numerous industry conferences including the 2009 Goldman Sachs Technology & Internet Conference, ad:tech San Franciso, and AlwaysOn Stanford Innovation Summit. He was also recognized as a leader in the digital space in The Hollywood Reporters’ 2009 Digital Power issue.

Brent Horowitz serves as the VP, Business Development at FreeWheel, where he oversee
s the company’s strategic relationships and systems integrations across 70+ partners in the video ecosystem. Before joining FreeWheel, Brent spent nearly twelve years at various internet technology companies, most recently at Homestead Technologies, acquired by Intuit, Inc. in 2007 due in large part to Brent’s contributions. Prior to Homestead, he managed new channels at NexTag, Inc., a leading comparison shopping site and lead-generation engine. Like many at FreeWheel, before going to NexTag, Brent spent nearly five years at DoubleClick in its early stages, where he helped launch the DART for Advertisers business unit and grow it from an idea to an industry standard. He also held the role of Director of Business Development, Emerging Technologies, for which he had primary responsibility over the digital & interactive television space. Brent is a graduate of UCLA and resides in San Francisco.











Kevin Arrix is Executive Vice President of Digital Advertising Sales for MTV Networks. In this role, Arrix leads MTVN’s digital advertising sales and operations for online and mobile advertising across all of the company’s properties, including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Shockwave, CMT, Spike and Logo. Arrix reports to Rich Eigendorff, COO, MTV Networks, and is based at the company’s New York City headquarters. As Executive Vice President of Digital Ad Sales, Arrix will also helm MTV Networks Digital Fusion, which innovates with digital and creative assets to build advertiser brands and engage shared-fans. In addition, Arrix oversees MTVN’s Tribes, a series of demographic-focused vertical ad networks built around the company’s core online properties. Arrix was internally promoted to Executive Vice President of Digital Ad Sales in December 2009, after serving as Senior Vice President of Digital Ad Sales for three years. In that role, he was responsible for executing on MTVN’s digital ad sales strategy and developing marketing solutions across the company’s portfolio of multi-platform brands. Prior to that, Arrix worked for four years as Nickelodeon’s Vice President of digital ad sales and spent three years at CBS SportsLine, where he managed a variety of responsibilities. Arrix also had seven-year tenure at Turner Broadcasting, working largely in international ad sales. Arrix graduated from Duke University. He lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and two children.

Robert Malnati, Director, Business Development, Broadband Home Gateways & Software
Group, Home and Networks Mobility, Motorola, Inc.: Robert Malnati is director of business development and product marketing for Motorola’s Home & Networks Mobility. In this role he is responsible for directing business development for Motorola's Broadband Home Gateways & Software Group and developing high value solutions for Video and IP service providers. Motorola's Broadband Home Gateways & Software Group is focused on delivering converged content mobility solutions, and the dependable home networks needed to deliver them, to cable, IPTV and Wireless service providers worldwide. Prior to joining Motorola, Malnati held management positions at several successful start up companies focused on the service provider market, including: Leapstone Systems (now Motorola), US LEC Corp.(now PAETEC) and Shareholder.com (now NASDAQ) where he was variously responsible for the development, deployment and positioning of Web, Voice, Data and Internet services. Malnati has 18 years of experience in the telecom and data communications industries, with roles leading Marketing, Product Development, Business Development and Product Marketing. He has spoken multiple times at industry conferences and events like Digital Hollywood and Connections: The Digital Living Conference & Showcase and has been quoted in key trade and news publications including Multichannel News, Cable Fax, Telephony, among others. He holds a Masters degree in Finance and Innovation Management from Syracuse University, and an Economics degree from Lafayette College.

Zvika Netter, CEO and Co-Founder, Innovid: Founded in 2007, Innovid provides a revolutionary platform that allows new ways for monetizing video content. Innovid’s platform allows for video content owners and producers to define new in-video real-state as ad inventory that can be monetized dynamically by embedding targeted brand placements and overlays during video view time. Zvika is a serial entrepreneur with over 16 years of experience. Prior to Innovid, Zvika founded and acted as CEO of Converit, a real time, collaboration platform for financial services funded by Goldman Sachs Ventures and Harris Ventures and BeSure, Israel's B2C comparative insurance marketplace. Before that, Zvika founded and was CEO of NTR Visual Technologies which provided front-end consulting & sales software for complex financial products. In 2006 NTR Visual Technologies was acquired by Ness Technologies (a global leader of end-to-end IT services and solutions) Zvika also co-founded GarageGeek.org a nonprofit organization to promote not for profit innovation and creativity, now with 1,400 members. Zvika is 35, a self proclaimed "builder for fun", living and creating in Israel with his wife and two sons.

Mark Rotblat, VP of Marketing and Sales, TubeMogul: Mark leads the Sales and Marketing efforts at TubeMogul, with a focus on communications and marketing activities surrounding customer acquisition, product launches, and industry analysis. He previously worked in Marketing and Business Development at Healthline.com where he developed partnerships for the company's content and tools. Prior to Healthline, Mark was a management consultant for Stockamp & Associates where he advised multi-billion dollar healthcare organizations on IT implementations for operational improvement and financial reporting. Mark has an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

David E. Leibowitz
, Managing Partner, CH POTOMAC, a strategic services firm working with companies at the intersection of entertainment, media and technology. Mr. Leibowitz brings almost thirty years of experience in business, law and policy issues facing the entertainment, new media, consumer electronics and information technology industries. Among other activities, Mr. Leibowitz serves as a senior advisor to Gotuit Media, Motorola, National Datacast, Gibson Guitar, Peppercoin, myMPO, and Demand ID Systems. Mr. Leibowitz also has worked with other clients, including BMI, 13 Colonies Software (since purchased by a large enterprise software company), CD Intelligence, and Neurok Optics. Earlier in his career, Mr. Leibowitz Co-Founded VERANCE and served as it Chairman. VERANCE offers innovative technology solutions to protect, manage, and monitor audio and audiovisual content, including broadcast monitoring and verification, copy protection and content management. Before that, Mr. Leibowitz was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), responsible for business and legal issues facing the industry with particular emphasis on how to position the industry to utilize new physical and electronic format systems. During this period, Mr. Leibowitz chaired the worldwide recording industry’s International Steering Committee on DVD Audio, the RIAA New Technology and Multimedia Committee and the RIAA Legal Committee. Prior to his work at the RIAA, Mr. Leibowitz was a partner in the Washington, D.C., law firm Wiley Rein & Fielding representing a number of Fortune 100 media and entertainment companies. Mr. Leibowitz also has served as Policy Planning Advisor to the Register of Copyrights for the U.S. Copyright Office.
