Steve Robinson, President & Founder, Panache: Seeing the need for a stable and effective advertising revenue model in the media eco-system, Steve started Panache in 2006. He has always been at the forefront of technological solutions, designing and implementing best-of-breed technologies to solve business problems for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. In 1996, Steve founded Panache's parent company, Panther Software, to develop mission-critical, high-performance data exchange software, video delivery, and advertising solutions for clients such as Motorola, Viacom, Microsoft, NASA, Citicorp, EDS, and Ticketmaster. Under Steve’s leadership, Panther Software grew to a multi-million dollar sale company. While at Panther, Steve’s work in component object modeling and disparate systems connectivity was published in numerous periodicals. Since starting Panache he has been a frequent contributor to new media publications such as MediaPost and regularly speaks at industry events, including OMMA, NAB, IAB’s Leadership Forum and Digital Hollywood. Steve is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and Accounting.

Kevin Arrix is Executive Vice President of Digital Advertising Sales for MTV Networks. In this role, Arrix leads MTVN’s digital advertising sales and operations for online and mobile advertising across all of the company’s properties, including MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, Shockwave, CMT, Spike and Logo. Arrix reports to Rich Eigendorff, COO, MTV Networks, and is based at the company’s New York City headquarters. As Executive Vice President of Digital Ad Sales, Arrix will also helm MTV Networks Digital Fusion, which innovates with digital and creative assets to build advertiser brands and engage shared-fans. In addition, Arrix oversees MTVN’s Tribes, a series of demographic-focused vertical ad networks built around the company’s core online properties. Arrix was internally promoted to Executive Vice President of Digital Ad Sales in December 2009, after serving as Senior Vice President of Digital Ad Sales for three years. In that role, he was responsible for executing on MTVN’s digital ad sales strategy and developing marketing solutions across the company’s portfolio of multi-platform brands. Prior to that, Arrix worked for four years as Nickelodeon’s Vice President of digital ad sales and spent three years at CBS SportsLine, where he managed a variety of responsibilities. Arrix also had seven-year tenure at Turner Broadcasting, working largely in international ad sales. Arrix graduated from Duke University. He lives in New Canaan, CT with his wife and two children.

Tania Yuki, Director, Product Management, comScore, Inc.: Tania Yuki manages comScore’s Video Metrix product, and is responsible for ensuring that online video measurement supports the growth and balances the needs of the online video and advertising industry. Prior to joining comScore, Tania was Head of Content for a leading global online video network and IPTV platform KIT digital (previously ROO Media), overseeing content acquisitions, digital strategy and programming optimization for key publishing clients and content partners in North America, the UK, and emerging markets. She has also worked in Australia in interactive and digital media for Foxtel and began as an attorney who specialized in media and internet law in her hometown of Sydney, Australia. Outside of comScore, Tania is also co-Founder of wimLink, an association promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development for women in media and technology and leads the mentorship program for CampInteractive, a not-for-profit for New York youth.
