Effectively Following Consumers Across Multiple Screens Today
Multi-screen advertising drives increased consumer engagement across PCs, mobile phones and TVs - empowering advertisers to incorporate their message within the digital environments consumers use every day. In addition, integrated multi-screen advertising allows marketers to provide innovative – and effective - experiences to their target audience, while allowing consumer to interact with brands on the device of their choice. This dynamic panel discussion will showcase campaign results, best practices and explore how multi-screen advertising is effective in today’s consumer landscape. In addition, panelists will share how marketers are starting to think about their consumers differently, as well as the ideation processes creative teams go through to create compelling campaigns.

DAVID MIN is a Principal at Steamboat Ventures and has been with the company since its founding in October of 2000. David has over 18 years of experience in media and entertainment, and technology. For the last two years, David has been named to TheFunded.com’s list of top-ranked individual VC’s of 2008 and 2009. Prior to Steamboat, David worked for over 5 years in corporate strategic planning at The Walt Disney Company. Earlier in his career, David worked as a producer and screenwriter in television and motion pictures for Warner Brothers and as a Creative Executive in motion picture development for Imagine Entertainment. Throughout his career, David has worked with all of the major Hollywood Studios including CBS, Miramax, Sony Pictures, Universal. His past experience also includes working with the industry leading pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline. David received an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Business, and both a BS in Biology and a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University.

DONNY MAKOWER is the President of RED Interactive Agency. With over 10 years of interactive strategy and development experience, Donny has cultivated long-term partnerships with a wide variety of notable clients. Donny’s responsibilities include overseeing the success of all client services, directing strategy development for clients, managing company operations, and leading new business efforts. Donny is an ongoing contributor to the digital industry; he has been a panelist at a Microsoft digital innovations event, led a session at the 2009 Adobe Max conference, and was featured in an MTV broadcast news segment about digital marketing, among others. Donny earned his B.A. degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is happily married and the proud father of two children. A trickster in his own right, Donny is also a member of the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.

CAROLYN FUSON is currently a Senior Audience & Analytics Manager on the Business Strategy team within the Entertainment & Devices Advertising Business Group at Microsoft Corporation. She is responsible for global Advertising Audience Intelligence and media measurement for Xbox LIVE, MSN Games, Zune, and Media Room. Carolyn has been at Microsoft for 10 years, and prior to being responsible for Audience Intelligence for the E&D division, she led the Design Research & Anthropology group within the Customer Design Center team. Carolyn often speaks at industry conferences. She is a contributing author to “Cost-Justifying Usability: An Update for the Internet Age” (edited by Randolph Bias and Deborah Mayhew, published in March 2005,) and holds Microsoft US patents for data collection and information use & display.

DIMITRY IOFFE, CEO, The Visionaire Group: As the CEO and co-founder, Dimitry successfully oversaw the merger of the three Visionaire Group divisions and helped build the combined company into a digital agency that consistently pushes the boundaries of online marketing. In addition to his operational duties Dimitry is also responsible for building and growing strategic partner relationships, sales, high level presentations and driving innovations across all divisions. Prior to the formation of The Visionaire Group, Mr. Ioffe was founder and president of Media Banners, which garnered success through the design and production of award-winning online advertising campaigns. His vision has led such ground breaking campaigns such as Showtime’s “Dexter,” History Channel’s “America The Story Of Us” and Universal’s “Fast & Furious.” Dimitry has blazed a trail of innovation over the last eight years in the industry that includes the development of the ‘In Banner Website’ and ‘Video Channel Banner’.
