Tracy Geist, Senior Vice President, Market Development. OpenTV: Tracy is Senior Vice President, Market Development for OpenTV (OPTV - NASDAQ). Tracy oversees all aspects of OpenTV’s communications, product marketing, solutions marketing, partner management, training, and digital content production, working closely with the other members of senior management to identify and map strategic direction, product roadmap, and market development opportunities. A frequent speaker and panelist, Tracy speaks to a variety of topics on digital television, interactive television services and advanced advertising. Since starting with OpenTV in 2000, she has held various roles in Business Development, Market Development, and Partner Management. Tracy has more than 18 years of experience developing solutions, services, and products in media and technology for companies such as Oracle Corporation, nCUBE (now C-COR), ExtendMedia, and the Bulldog Group. Tracy is based in San Francisco, where she lives with her husband and two young daughters.

Tara Maitra, VP & GM of Content Services & Ad Sales, TiVo Inc.: In this role, Maitra is responsible for cultivating relationships with content companies and unique content offerings for delivery via broadband. Previously, Maitra served as Senior Director of content development at Comcast, where she was responsible for day-to-day operations of Select on Demand, a collection of new niche non-linear networks delivered via video on-demand and broadband. Maitra helped to create new channels through partnerships, acquisitions and original programming. Prior to Comcast, Maitra was Executive Vice President, General Manager of Primedia Digital Video, where she developed on-demand and broadband video businesses for Primedia's established print franchises. Her accomplishments include launching video services on Comcast and Real Networks. Ms. Maitra also held a series of editorial and management positions at NBC, including Vice President, General Manager of CNBC/Dow Jones Business Video, a joint venture of NBC, Microsoft and Dow Jones. There she led the development and managed one of the first profitable streaming video web sites to offer financial content thru both subscription and syndication models. A graduate of Washington and Lee University, located in Lexington, Virginia, Ms. Maitra holds a B.A. in Journalism and Psychology.

Richard Bullwinkle joined Macrovision in January 2007 after Macrovision acquired Mediabolic, where he had served as vice president of Products and chief evangelist. Since that time Richard has served as Macrovision's chief evangelist responsible for corporate strategy. In his role, Richard helps define the direction of the company's products and technology solutions. He represents Macrovision at numerous industry events to gather market perspectives and understand trends that have an impact on the company's customers and the end consumer in order to provide recommendations to the senior team. He also works to establish standards and lead the discussions to promote a better consumer experience throughout the CE industry. With roles at Mediabolic, Rio Audio, and TiVo, Richard is well known in consumer electronics and entertainment industries. As vice president of Products and chief evangelist at Mediabolic, Richard helped pioneer the connected home strategy of connecting entertainment media devices. As a senior member of Rio Audio's product marketing team, Richard played an instrumental part in the creation of some of the most popular MP3 players in the US. At Tivo, Richard was the company's chief evangelist and a senior member of TiVo's product marketing team. He helped create and develop the TiVo products and was behind the campaign to make the TiVo product a household name. Richard graduated from Rollins College in Florida with degrees in English and Music.

Vic Odryna, Co-Founder and CEO, ZeeVee: Vic Odryna is co-founder and CEO of ZeeVee, a company that is bridging the last fifty feet between the computer and the HDTVs in the home. Vic most recently served as executive director of strategic planning for Idearc Media, home of Superpages.com and marketing services for small businesses. Prior to Idearc (a Verizon spinoff), he served as president and CEO of Inceptor, a leading provider of search marketing technology and services. Inceptor helped clients such as the Home Shopping Network, CVS, Best Buy and Lawyers.com achieve success online. While at Inceptor, Vic also served on an advisory council to Google in search marketing. Inceptor was acquired by Verizon in 2006. Previously, Vic was a senior vice president of global marketing for Avocent, the world leader in datacenter management products. While there, he led the creation of the Avocent brand, the result of a merger of two public companies. Vic joined Avocent with the acquisition of PixelVision in 1999. He founded PixelVision in 1991, a pioneer in flat panel monitor technology whose products can still be seen populating the NYSE trading floor. PixelVision quickly grew to be ranked #25 on Inc. magazine’s prestigious list of the 500 fastest growing private companies. Vic earned bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer science, as well as a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Connecticut.

Greg Gudorf,
Chief Executive Officer, Digeo: Greg Gudorf, as chief executive officer and chief operating officer, is responsible for setting the strategic vision and bringing that vision to realization for Digeo. His most recent experience as president and chief operating officer at Digeo had him involved in day-to-day operations, with particular emphasis on product delivery and quality, process improvement, integration with MSO head-end systems and business development. Prior to Digeo, Gudorf was vice president of Television Marketing at Sony Electronics, where he was responsible for consumer television product marketing management, including new product and channel development. He also served as Sony's TV-centric representative to cable system operators and as a board member of the Consumer Electronics Association's video division. During his tenure at Sony, Gudorf was directly responsible for launching Passage, a key cable industry technology. He also led product development for one of the first HD digital cable-ready DVRs and managed Sony's TiVo and WebTV product businesses for satellite and cable use. Throughout his more than 30 years in the consumer electronics industry, Gudorf has been involved in sales, marketing, business development, and management for the retail, distribution and manufacturing aspects of the business, with a particular emphasis on network products such as satellite, cable, and Internet offerings. He holds fourteen U.S. patents in the network and interactive TV fields with more than 30 additional patents pending. Gudorf has been published in several industry-related trade journals and often serves as a featured panelist at industry seminars. He holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and is a graduate of Antioch University.

Ben Mendelson is the co-founder and president of the Interactive Television Alliance, the primary trade association representing the broad interests of the ITV industry. Ben has been an innovator in sponsor-based programming and has been involved in New Media technology from its earliest days. He was the founding executive of various early on-line companies (Interactive Center, Internet Imaging, Internet Outfitters), head of the Internet division of a magazine publishing company (Curtco Freedom), VP of Internet Development for the Electronic Retailing Assoc. (ERA), and SVP of Business Strategies at an investment bank (Winterberry Group). __Before his involvement with Interactive technologies, Ben was primarily involved in the art world. From 1981 – 1991, he owned and operated LA Art Photographers Assoc. (LAPA), an art gallery and resource center for fine art photography. In 1992, he founded PhotoSource— a gallery and resource center for high quality digital imaging. His interest in facilitating the creative process has been a guiding influence, whether from the art community or from the business community. __In 2002, Ben co-founded 2degree Partners with his business partner, Allison Dollar. 2DP manages the ITV Alliance and provides business strategies that include Direct Response TV, ITV, and cross-media marketing. Ben has taught at the American Film Institute (AFI), UCLA Extension, and the So. CA Institute of Architecture (SCIArch) and has been published in numerous magazines and trade journals. He is on the advisory board of the AFI Enhanced TV Program, the exec. committee of the IMPG at the Television Academy, and is a familiar speaker at many Technology, Marketing and Media conferences.
