Annette Tonti, Chief Executive Officer, MoFuse: Annette Tonti is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of business and entrepreneurial experience. Previously she was Co-Founder and CEO of Bluestreak, Inc. where she built a company that was an early entrant in rich media advertising and online marketing technologies. Prior to Bluestreak she served as Executive Producer, Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Media Laboratory where she ran the Junior Summit, a global project that linked thousands of kids from around the world. Prior to MIT, Annette was Vice President, Executive Director Vanguard, a global marketing and advisory service for senior executives.She was Vice President, CSC Partners where she ran operations for their fast growing telecommunications business. She served on the board of the Harvard Business School’s Cyberposium for 2 years. She attended the University of Cincinnati and holds advanced degrees in Computer Science and Mathematics and a B.S. degree in Biological Sciences. In 2000, Annette received the Governor’s IT Achievement Award for Rhode Island. She was selected as a regional finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the year award for 2002. She serves on the board of The Dr. Martin Luther King Center in Newport, RI.

Josh Shabtai, VP Marketing, Vringo: Josh Shabtai is an unabashed media junkie: a
creative interactive marketing specialist, podcaster, amateur videogame historian and even more amateur experimental musician. At Vringo, Josh turns these passions towards bringing the company's exciting, unconventional value proposition to consumers and business partners. Prior to joining Vringo, Josh led Ketchum Public Relations Interactive Strategies Group, a marketing think tank that helps blue chip brands like Best Buy's Geek Squad, Nokia and Dr Pepper Snapple Group listen to, develop community engagement programming around and ultimately change as a result of interaction with the voices behind the Web. Among his team's notable work was: using Google adwords to hijack news around the iPhone price drop with Nokia MOSH; creating one of 2008's most explosive guerrilla marketing campaigns with Dr Pepper by challenging legendary rock act Guns N' Roses to release its long-awaited opus Chinese Democracy; and helping Geek Squad upstage big-spending, "official" Star Wars: Episode III sponsors with an on- and off-line guerrilla campaign dedicated to helping millions of science-fiction fans call in sick on opening day. Josh holds a B.S in Mass Communication from Boston University. In his off-hours, he writes for and appears on On Networks' Play Value, a podcast focusing on the history of videogames.

Jason Yim, President and Executive Creative Director of the Digital Marketing Agency, Trigger LLC, (with offices in both Los Angeles and Shanghai, China,) brings fourteen years of digital marketing experience to his post. Previously the Founder and President of Media Revolution, Yim has worked with China for seven years, including the establishment of Trigger’s wholly-owned studio in Shanghai. Yim’s past and current clients rank among the biggest brands across a number of industries, including Sony Pictures, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Disney, Cartoon Network, Red Bull, Jenny Craig, Nike China and Turner India. Trigger’s robust portfolio includes Web, Games, Social & Media, and Mobile projects for campaigns such as Angels & Demons, 2012, Hancock, Star Wars: The Clone Wars, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man 3, Cars MMO and Franchise sites, Stand Up to Cancer, and WB India. In addition to developing projects from concept through execution, Yim keeps an eye on the importance of technology and competition. In Q1 of 2009, Yim expanded Trigger’s Mobile team of iPhone game and full application programmers to additional Smartphone programmers for the BlackBerry and Android. As these two devices build up their App Stores and media services, Yim ensures that Trigger’s clients will be at the forefront. Other new client offerings for 2009 include “Trigger Replay,” the agency’s own advanced tracking and reporting product for interactive games. Beyond interactive services, in 2005, Yim created Trigger Change, a commitment to not only do good work, but to do some good. Trigger Change participates annually in construction projects that help communities and wildlife in less fortunate countries around the world. Trigger employees’ also donate to the charity of their choice each year, which the company matches. Yim’s past speaking engagements include Digital Hollywood, Comdex, South by South West, USC, Cal Arts, ad:tech Singapore & Shanghai, and Yim’s alma mater, UCLA.

David Waite, Director, Altman Vilandrie & Company: David brings nearly 20 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, and industry to AV&Co., where he works extensively with wireless and wireline carriers, equipment providers, and investors. He assists executives with business and marketing strategy, including growth strategy, market segmentation, channel optimization, portfolio strategy, pricing, and performance improvement. Prior to joining AV&Co. in 2006, David was a principal at ADVENTIS, a pure-play telecommunications strategy consulting firm. He has also held senior positions with A.T. Kearney, as well as a boutique European investment bank, where he managed private equity transactions for emerging technology companies. He began his career in finance and strategy at Computervision, an enterprise software company. David holds an M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management, a Masters degree in Engineering from Dartmouth College, and a Bachelors degree from the University of New Hampshire, where he studied electrical and mechanical engineering.








John Underwood, COO, Adgregate Markets: As COO, John is responsible for network growth, advertiser and publisher recruitment, and ad network operations. John has extensive experience with transformative advertising businesses, having developed cross-platform advertising deals for AOL Time Warner and subsequently working to transform AOL into a scalable media sales business. As Vice President of AOL's AIM messaging group, John launched innovative rich-media advertising products, led business development, and managed AIM's developer program, with a focuson growing the reach, engagement and monetization of the leading U.S. instant messaging service with over 30 million users. John holds a J.D. from New York University.
