Ron Reagan is an insider on the outside, and an outsider who is on the inside. He has successfully taken his unique perspective to television and radio audiences and made people think out of the box. Most recently he brought the Seattle KIRO AM radio audience to attention. He had his own midday show and it was a mix of local, national and international issues covering everything under the sun. This political season he has been busy as a frequent guest on “Larry King Live” on CNN and for Air America Radio. For MSNBC Ron co-hosted a daily show called “Connected: Coast to Coast” where they debated the issues of the day along with nationally known guests. Also for MSNBC, Ron was a regular on “Hardball with Chris Matthews and a guest on other shows at the network. Again for MSNBC, during the last political season, Ron co-hosted “After Hours” with Joe Scarborough, and spent time as the fill-in host for Bill Press on “Buchanan and Press” prior to that. Ron’s range goes from hosting a few years of successful dog shows for Discovery’s Animal Planet to serving as a special correspondent for ABC News 20/20. He wrote a couple of very popular articles for Esquire and Salon.com. He was one of the last people to be photographed by Richard Avedon for a photo essay called “Democracy” in The New Yorker which hit stands November 1, 2004. Ron and his mother Nancy Reagan were featured in a double issue of Time Magazine’s last issue of the year as ‘People Who Mattered in 2004.’ Since his father’s death from Alzheimer’s in 2004, Reagan has been speaking out on the subject of stem cell research, and advocates increased research and federal funding. He spoke at the 2004 Democratic National Convention on the issue.

Alice Travis Germond was elected Secretary of the DNC in 2002. The Office of the Secretary oversees Democratic National Committee Meetings, communications with democratic activists throughout the nation, and the day to day business of the National Party membership. The Secretary calls the roll at the Democratic National Convention for the nomination of the President and Vice President as well as certifies all delegates and all vote counts. Alice has served the Democratic Party for over 40 years. She was an officer of the California State Democratic Party, political director for California Clinton/Gore in 1992, and held senior positions in the presidential campaigns of Gary Hart and Michael Dukakis, as well as in campaigns for many state and local races. Alice came to the DNC Headquarters in Washington in 1989 with Chairman Ron Brown where she coordinated his party programs and served as his liaison to the 1992 Convention. From 1992-1995, Alice was the Director of Party and Government Affairs and Site Selection. Alice was first elected to the DNC in 1980 and has served in a number of capacities including on the Rules and the Executive Committees. She has participated in every National Convention since the 1974 mid-term Charter Convention and served as a Co-Chair of the 1984 Convention Rules Committee and as a member of the 2000 Platform Committee.

Bar (and later the New York State Bar), he spent 10 years in the 1970s working with Ralph Nader, ultimately running Public Citizen's Congress Watch, the largest consumer lobbying group in D.C. In 1982, The Nation magazine said, "Next to Nader himself, Mark is the leading public interest lawyer of his generation." In 1981, Mark founded and ran the Democracy Project, a public policy institute in New York City.
