Katie Smith, founder and president of (THROB) 3ob.com, has a strong track record of developing specialized digital products and implementing creative marketing campaigns to ensure their success. Smith began her career in digital media in 1996, with the development of FrontierCoop.com, one of the first successful e-commerce sites in the holistic health industry. In 1998, she took a position as online marketing and sales representative for LAWeekly.com, where she initiated a broad range of online advertising campaigns. At the end of 1999 Smith became brand manager for the Erotic Networks. In this capacity, she was instrumental in the development of several successful web sites, including TEN.com, widely considered one of the best broadband experiences online. Smith was then recruited by AVN to serve as director of corporate communications, where she managed the marketing and promotions for the company’s magazines, tradeshows and network of web sites. Ron Jenkins, CEO, DHD Media: Mr. Jenkins joined DHD Media as CEO and majority-owner in July of 2003. To that time DHD Media had spent 5 years developing its unparalleled intellectual property for providing integrated e-commerce and e-media solutions; including online payment processing, streaming, digital rights management and customer support. Under Mr. Jenkins direction, DHD Media has experienced explosive growth providing high-volume, high-velocity services to industry leaders focused on all types of online video sales. Prior to joining DHD Media, Mr. Jenkins has engaged in a number of successful entrepreneurial ventures in the Internet and financial services industries as well as serving as Director of Major Account Sales at AboveNet Telecommunications from 1997-1999, Director of National Account Sales at RagingWire Telecommunications in 2001 and Vice President of Sales at NonStopNet in 2000. He has a BA in Religious Studies and Philosophy from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS. Michael "Spike" Goldberg is CEO of New Destiny Internet Group, a multi-service company best known for running the successful website homegrownvideo.com. Spike took the amateur video company Homegrown Video onto the web, designing and implementing plans to make it the well-known and profitable web venture it is today. Spike also leads the fight against Acacia Technologies, rallying other internet companies to join the defense group. So far, this group has done the impossible by sticking with a patent case that many have folded in front of. Due to the lessons learned by the Acacia lawsuit, Spike was inspired to help form a watch-dog group to help protect the rights of adult internet businesses. He rallied some like-minded individuals and the Internet Media Protective Association was formed. Before bringing his skills to the online industry, Spike served as the COO of Xplor Media Group. Spike received his education University of Nevada Reno where he graduated with a BA in Political Science.

Michael H. Klein, Executive Vice President, LFP Broadcasting: As Executive Vice President of LFP Broadcasting, LLC, Michael H. Klein heads up a relatively new division of legendary Larry Flynt Publications (LFP), Inc. where he oversees all broadcast activities for the LFP/Hustler properties. His current project includes the launch of the company’s first pay per view and on demand programming networks, Hustler TV and Hustler TV On Demand and overseeing all the day-to-day activities involved in running these two services. Highly respected in his field, Klein is considered to be a leading industry expert in the areas of pay per view (PPV) and video on demand (VOD). Most recently he headed up programming for the leading on demand content solutions provider TVN Entertainment. In this position, he concluded some of the cable industry’s first movie studio VOD deals and launched more than half a dozen new PPV genre channels Klein launched the company’s event distribution arm "TVN Presents" where he acquired exclusive distribution and licensing rights for the company, as well as distribution of the events to the entire PPV and VOD universe, for both cable and satellite. And finally he was responsible for the programming, scheduling and acquisition of TVN’s near video on demand and PPV network offerings. Prior to joining TVN, Klein consulted for such organizations as The Game Show Network, Columbia TriStar International Television, imix.com and Semaphore Entertainment Group through his own consulting company, Next Step Entertainment. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Programming for iN Demand where he was responsible for programming the nation's largest home pay-per-view network. There he negotiated some of the industry's top revenue-generating events, coordinated the development and scheduling of PPV sports packages, and developed events specifically for PPV. Preceding this, Klein acted as Vice President, Programming for On Command Video where he was charged with programming the largest hotel VOD service, international hotel VOD, and satellite-delivered hotel PPV. He has also been a Vice President for Spectravision, Showtime, Playboy Entertainment and Rainbow. Klein has also served as a speaker on numerous panels. Klein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting & Film from Boston University’s College of Communications.

Ken Boenish,
President, The Erotic Networks: Mr. Boenish is a 15-year veteran of the cable television industry. In October 2000, Mr. Boenish was named president of The Erotic Networks and he currently oversees the operations of the Company's Pay TV and Internet Groups. Mr. Boenish joined The Erotic Networks as the Senior Vice President of Affiliate Sales in February 1999. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Boenish was employed by Jones Intercable from 1994 - 1999. While at Jones he held the positions of National Sales Manager for Superaudio, a cable radio service serving more than 9 million cable customers. He was promoted to Director of Sales for Great American Country a new country music video service in 1997. While at Great American Country Mr. Boenish was responsible for adding more than 5 million new customers to the service while competing directly with Country Music Television, a CBS cable network. From 1988 - 1994 he sold cable television advertising on systems owned by Time Warner, TCI, COX, Jones, Comcast and other cable systems. Mr. Boenish holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University.
