Matthew Deichman, General Manager of Service Operations and Private Label Subscription Services, RealNetworks. He is responsible for worldwide operations and non-application architecture for one of the largest digital media delivery networks in the world, supporting RealNetworks subscriptions products, and subscription operations for third-party content owners such as ABC, BBC, CNN, C-Span, and Disney. During his time at RealNetworks, he has overseen the expansion as the world’s largest provider of live events over the Internet. Mr. Deichman is also responsible for business development, negotiations, and product development for private label subscription services for companies such as NFL and MLB. Prior to joining Real Networks, Matthew was Vice President of Technology Solutions for a leading telecommunications professional services firm. Matthew graduated from Washington State University.

James Schaff
is the director of marketing of BlueArc Corporation and is responsible for driving BlueArc's technical and product marketing, including broadband initiatives to deliver SiliconServer solutions for the media and entertainment industries. Prior to joining BlueArc, Jim was director of marketing for Snap Appliances, a division of Quantum Corporation. In this role he drove the definition of Quantum's industry leading Snap Server. Jim was a founding partner of Envision Media, a leading technology communications firm that delivers award winning communications strategies for Fortune 1000 companies, including Cisco Systems, Pacific Bell and Honda Motor Corp. Jim has degrees in Communication and Computer Science from San Jose State University.

Tom Inglefield,
StorageTek: Tom Inglefield is focused on storage solutions and architectures for the broadcast, entertainment and post-production market. He began his StorageTek career in 1982 and has developed several industry-leading solution offerings working with storage providers and application partners. Inglefield also served as the director of product development for a streaming media startup. Prior to that he was chief architect responsible for developing storage software, hardware and service products for the very large database/data warehouse market. Inglefield has extensive experience in marketing, storage technologies, business development, product development and database technologies.








David Rice, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Limelight Network: As vice president of sales and marketing, David Rice is responsible for leading Limelight Network’s marketing and sales teams in penetrating new media markets. Since joining the company in 2002, Rice has helped to propel Limelight Networks into a leading and well-recognized digital delivery network with such notable customers as Ifilm, Musicmatch, Virgin Entertainment, BuyMusic.com, Real Networks and others . With a particular focus on music, movies, and online game delivery, Limelight Networks has developed innovative tools for streaming and legal download management that enable content providers to reach global audiences at affordable rates. David brings 15 years of sales and marketing experience with leading technology companies to Limelight Networks. Prior to joining the company, David was a National Sales Manager at Akamai Technologies where, he was instrumental in helping Akamai significantly increase revenues through partnerships with leading web hosting, managed services and network technology providers. Rice also served as general manager of NaviPath, a CMGi infrastructure company focused on the Internet Service Provider market where he secured business with some of the top ISPs in the industry. As a Director at PictureTel, he was instrumental in building the IP sales organization responsible for conferencing and streaming technology over the Internet. David also had national responsibility for channel development with NEC Technologies, as well as ARDIS, a Motorola/IBM wireless joint venture. David holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University and an MBA. from Loyola University, Chicago.

Steve Bradbury, Business Strategist: Steve Bradbury is focused on the entertainment technology convergence and its resulting impact on the consumer experience. During a 20+ year career, he has brought extensive business strategy, corporate alliance, strategic marketing and operational management experience to both established and young entrepreneurial environments. He currently teaches the UCLA Extension course Hollywood & Digital, a salon-style program that connects working professionals with panels of senior executives from companies like DirecTV, Sony, ESPN, Fox, TiVo, NBC, Best Buy, HD Net, Movielink, E!, Activision, AEG and many others. Most recently, he served as Chief Corporate Relations Officer for Veritasiti Corporation, whose mission is to create a single ratings system for all forms of entertainment content. He has also worked at MGM and Universal and was President of Marketing by Design, a company which provided corporate strategy, business model analysis, tactical alliance and brand development support for clients such as Sony, The Improvisation, Proprietary Media, eSportsworld and Engage Games Online.
