Mr. Dolgin has been an innovator in the sports and entertainment businesses since the mid-1980s. Before joining Houlihan Lokey, he co-founded Media Connect Partners, a provider of financial and operating advisory services to media, entertainment, sports and communications companies. Previously, Mr. Dolgin was president of Fox Sports Net, the first hybrid local/national cable television network with distribution in over 80 million homes. Fox Sports Net is the premier sports entertainment network on television, with a combination of local sports team rights and national sports entertainment programming. Mr. Dolgin was responsible for all aspects of the business, including both the operation of the national programming service and the management of the 10 owned-and-operated regional sports networks. Under his leadership, revenues grew to close to $1 billion. Mr. Dolgin was awarded Broadcaster of the Year in 2000, along with numerous gold medals for advertising, including Clios and Worldwide Cannes Awards. In addition to running Fox Sports Net, Mr. Dolgin was responsible for the management of Foxsports.com and Fox Sports Interactive Television. From 1997 through 1999, Mr. Dolgin was chief operating officer of Fox Liberty Networks, which was a multi-channel cable joint venture between Fox and Liberty that included Fox Sports Net, FX and the Health Network. In this position, he managed all aspects of a business with more than 100 employees and $800 million in revenue. During his tenure at Fox Liberty, he helped propel News Corp into the forefront of the burgeoning cable business. In addition, Mr. Dolgin helped create the first legitimate competitor to ESPN by developing a revolutionary new business model for Fox Sports Net. Dolgin also supervised broadcast marketing and new business development for the Fox Sports Brand. Mr. Dolgin was one of the original founders of Fox Sports in 1994 and was its Executive Vice President of Marketing until 1997. He launched FOX NFL Sunday as one of the most successful new shows in television history. He won an Emmy for the NFL on-air campaign and was named one of Ad Ages Marketers of the Year. Mr. Dolgin started at News Corp in 1992 as executive vice president of marketing for Fox Broadcasting Company. As the head of marketing, he managed a staff of 100 with a marketing budget of over $75 million. He launched such successful shows as The X Files and relaunched Melrose Place. Before Fox, Mr. Dolgin was at Time Warner, where he was senior vice president of marketing for HBO Video. He had full P&L responsibility and helped transform HBOV from a start-up to a mass-market company. He managed the rental, sell-thru and direct response video business, and he consulted on theatrical marketing for HBOV titles. Mr. Dolgin is a classically trained marketing executive who spent three years in product management at General Foods, where he worked on the Jell-O brands. A native of New York, Mr. Dolgin graduated from Cornell University where he majored in Industrial and Labor Relations. He earned his M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business.Daniel Scheinman is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Develop ment at Cisco Systems, Inc. In this capacity, Scheinman is responsible for Business Development, Strategic Alliances, Strategic Technology Policy, Government Affairs, Legal, and Corporate Public Relations. Having previously served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Affairs overseeing Government Affairs, Legal and Corporate Relations, Scheinman has been a member of Ciscos senior staff for a number of years. As head of Corporate Development, Scheinman has expanded his role to include responsibility for mergers and acquisitions, major partnerships and alliances, and advanced Internet projects. Scheinman, who joined Cisco in 1992, has a unique understanding of the industry from both a business and technology perspective. Over the past nine years with the company, Scheinman has worked with organizations around the world to help redefine the way the public and private sectors work together. He has also helped facilitate a two-way dialogue with government leaders about the Internet economy and the importance of harnessing the power of the Internet for positive change and improving peoples lives. In addition to his responsibilities at Cisco, Scheinman is a founding member of TechNet, which was formed in 1997 to provide an interface between the political community and high-tech firms of the Silicon Valley. The National Law Journal has named him one of the 100 most influential lawyers in the U.S., and he is on the board of visitors at Duke University Law School. Scheinman holds a law degree from Duke and a political science degree from Brandeis University.Greg Foster, President, Filmed Entertainment, IMAX Corporation: Greg Foste r joined IMAX Corporation in March 2001 as President, Filmed Entertainment. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Company's filmed entertainment activities including creative development, production, business affairs and marketing of IMAX¨ films. He has been instrumental in the launch of IMAX¨ DMR(tm) as well as solidifying the Company's relationships with Hollywood studios and securing live-action event films to be released in IMAX's format. A seasoned Hollywood executive, Foster spent 15 years at MGM/UA, where he served in various senior management posts including Executive Vice President of Production and Sr. Vice President of Motion Picture Marketing and Research. In 1999, Foster founded uMogul, a financial services company offering retail investors competitive market returns via mutual funds comprised of entertainment industry assets where he held the positions of Chairman, Co-founder and President of uMogul. During the course of his career at MGM/UA, Greg played a key role in the production and/or marketing of over 150 films, including hits such as A Fish Called Wanda, Get Shorty, King Pin, Moonstruck, Rain Man, Species, Stigmata, Thelma and Louise, Untamed Heart and several from the James Bond - 007 series. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at the USC Graduate School of Cinema, is a member of the Board of Directors of Variety Club and a 1984 graduate of Georgetown University.Scott C. Marden has broken new ground at the convergence of the finan ce, entertainment, technology and media industries. Mr. Marden is President of the Information and Media Services (IMS) division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, a global information services provider founded in 1888, with sales in 2002 of $4.8 billion. Mr. Marden manages all operations within the IMS division, which provides category-leading business-to-business insight for the general business community as well as within the construction, aerospace and defense, energy, and healthcare industries. IMS properties include the BusinessWeek Group, Broadcasting Group, McGraw-Hill Construction, Aviation Week, Platts and the Healthcare Information Group.
