Leonard Ostroff, CEO, Rovion, Inc: Mr. Ostroff brings a wealth of relevant experience to his role as Rovion CEO, including over 15 years of financial, operational, managerial, technical and media experience. Prior to joining Rovion, Ostroff served as the Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair Ventures, Inc., the corporate venture capital arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group (SBGI). In this role, Ostroff was responsible for all non-broadcast investment activities for one of the largest owners of television stations in the country. During his tenure, he led over 20 venture capital investments, acquisitions, bridge loans and other financings. Prior to Sinclair Ventures, Ostroff was Vice President of Information Systems at Prudential Securities, a global securities firm based in New York City, where he was responsible for setting the technical direction of all aspects of application development and support for multiple business units. Prior to joining Prudential, Mr. Ostroff worked at VIPS, a boutique technology consulting firm specializing in imaging and workflow technologies, and Andersen Consulting, now Accenture. Mr. Ostroff has served as a director and advisor to numerous private media and technology companies. Mr. Ostroff graduated from Lafayette College with a BA in Business and Economics and a minor in Computer Science.

Brian Glicklich, 45, is Vice President Interactive for Premiere Radio Networks, a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications (NYSE:CCU), which syndicates 70 radio programs and services to more than 5,000 radio affiliations and reaches over 190 million listeners weekly. Premiere Radio is the number one radio network in the country and features the following personalities: Rush Limbaugh, Jim Rome, Casey Kasem, Ryan Seacrest, Carson Daly, Glenn Beck, Bob (Kevoian) & Tom (Griswold), Delilah, Blair Garner, George Noory, John Boy and Billy, Phil Hendrie, Matt Drudge, Art Bell, Donald Trump, Glenn Hollis, Big Tigger, and others.

Jeffrey Dittus is Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of MediaBay, Inc. Prior to joining MediaBay, Mr. Dittus was a senior executive with one of the world’s largest direct response marketers, National Media Corp. While at National Media, Mr. Dittus had direct responsibility for over 300 staff in two different countries, and built a process that streamlined the marketing process in concert with building direct marketing systems that quickly evaluated the profitability of new product launches. After leaving National Media, Mr. Dittus founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of IT Capital Limited, a public company based in New Zealand. He then founded and served as managing director of merchant banking firm Kauri Capital. Mr. Dittus is the founder of the Divine 9 Open, a celebrity pro-am golf tournament that donated $130,000 in its first year to fund blood cancer research. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Mr. Dittus earned a BS degree from Pennsylvania State University in Finance and began his career with Philadelphia National Bank.

Shawn Gold is President/Publisher of WeblogsInc, the largest publisher of professional blogs on the web with over 7 million monthly readers. Among his 74 Blogs are www.Enadget.com, www.Luxist.com, www.AutoBlog.com, & www.joystiq.com. Before Joining WeblogsInc, Shawn was president of publicly traded Internet entertainment company Intermix.com (AMEX:MIX), steering it to profitability in the dotcom downturn. Prior to Intermix, Shawn served as vice president of marketing and communications for ecommerce company WHN, providing ecommerce service to entertainment brands, including The 2002 Olympics, ABC, NBC, Comedy Central, MTV, and Fox. Prior to WHN.com, Shawn served as head of strategic planning at Rare Medium where he created the inaugural interactive communication strategies for P&G, General Foods and Nestle. In 1995, Shawn served as GM and Founder of Icon New media's Advertising Division. There created the first interstitial ads on the web and an industry-leading advertising integration system based on time rotation and contextual integration. He started developing interactive content in 1992 as a partner with TouchTunes Interactive, a telecommunications music marketing service in the USA, Japan and New Zealand. He is a founding board member of the Producers Guild of America's New Media Council.

Bill Flitter is the founder and CMO of Pheedo and well-known in the blogosphere. He has been an entrepreneur since 1996 and has started and helped build numerous early stage companies which have and are developing hundreds of innovate products and services. Flitter has over 10 years of consumer marketing expertise. Flitter founded BTE Direct/Email Shopping Network from his "garage" right at the time the dot com craze ended. His perseverance was rewarded when Email Shopping Network was acquired by eUniverse (Nasdaq: EUNI) in 2002. Since then, he is on the Board of Directors of four companies, most recently joining Pheedo. Pheedo specializes in RSS, blog and podcast advertising, helping publishers and advertisers understand and use these new media formats as advertising channels. Pheedo has been working for nearly two years to perfect its technology and has conducted numerous campaigns for such companies as Subaru, Citrix and Sun. Pheedo's clients include several high profile, cutting edge advertising agencies and over 8000 publishers. Recently they have worked with news publisher Hollywood.com and have done campaigns for Warner Bros. Music.

John Zagula, Partner, Ignition: John is a partner at Ignition. He invests in enterprise software and services as well as end-user/consumer-facing companies. John represents Ignition as director on the board of Full Capture Solutions and N'Site Solutions. He also acts as Ignition observer on the boards of Intelligent Results, Clearsight Systems, MarketRange, and MobileLime. John is also the co-author (along with Rich Tong) of the bestselling, acclaimed new book, The Marketing Playbook. Prior to Ignition, John spent over 8 years at Microsoft in various senior marketing and strategy positions. As GM of Global Campaigns he was responsible for Microsoft's overall business-to-business communications across all business targets, products and offerings. In previous positions he was responsible for the development of the Microsoft Office brand and marketing the desktop and server applications product lines. He contributed to the original competitive wins of Word and Excel and the re-positioning of desktop applications into Office. This included the launches of every version of Office and all of its component applications and its growth from a $50 MM to a nearly $10 billion business and from 20% to 85% market share. John's other contributions and responsibilities at Microsoft included the company's most successful online marketing campaigns; its first use of internet banners and email; the establishment of a database marketing practice; and an ongoing marketing and business strategy training curriculum. Before Microsoft, John was a marketing manager at American Express in International Business Development, Customer Acquisition and Retention. John was also an associate at International Data Corporation where he wrote the first industry whitepaper on the Desktop Publishing Industry. John holds a Masters in International Economics and Monetary Theory from the Fletcher School (Harvard/Tufts), BA (magna cum laude) from Marquette University and a Fulbright Scholarship at Universität zu Köln. Willow Baum Lundgren, Marketing, Umbria Inc.: Willow Baum Lundgren oversees marketing efforts for Umbria, Inc., a market intelligence company that mines the online world for unbiased and unsolicited market insights. Prior to joining Umbria, Willow co-founded a boutique marketing consulting practice primarily serving multi-platinum recording artists, authors and digital music and entertainment-oriented business. Previously, Willow played leadership roles at Iomega Corporation. There, she helped the company enter the optical storage category to become the #2 U.S. aftermarket share leader in its first year, and shape product marketing to capitalize on digital music and entertainment trends. Initially, Willow led Iomega’s worldwide public relations and corporate communications. In the New York offices of two Omnicom agencies, Willow was responsible for consumer product launches for Fortune 500 companies including Mercedes-Benz, Anheuser-Busch, Gillette, Hasbro, Lever Bros. and MCI, as well as sports, music and entertainment sponsorships, celebrity endorsements and branded entertainment programs. Willow received her bachelor's degree with honors from Syracuse University.

Richard Sharp is Founder and CEO of PodChannels, provider of online podcasting management, syndication and monetization services to radio broadcasters and other media networks. For over 15 years, Richard has been an entrepreneur, software developer and interactive digital media producer specializing in building "content focused" communities and distribution platforms for music, radio and television. Through his company SharpMedia, Richard has produced Internet, Intranet, Extranet and e-commerce web sites, national point of purchase kiosks, LBE virtual reality projects, CD-ROMs, wireless search, live interactive webcasts and hybrid television/Internet projects. Firsts include: producer of first M-Bone webcast in Canada, producer of Canada’s first digital media awards, producer of first web site in the world acquired by a national archives, producer of Canada’s first live web-to-TV broadcast, founding member of Canada’s Interactive Association and founding board member of Ontario Media Development Corporation.
