Stacy Jolna, Senior Vice President, General Manager, TV Guide Television Group: Stacy Jolna oversees the development and programming of Gemstar-TV Guide’s new on-demand network, which is designed to entertain consumers while helping them navigate their ever-expanding programming choices. Launching with record-breaking distribution to Comcast and Time Warner digital cable subscribers, tvguide.com, and TiVo customers in the 2nd quarter of 2005, TV GUIDE SPOT features short-form, originally-produced entertainment programs that guide consumers to the most compelling fare on TV each week. Mr. Jolna is a seasoned television network executive, widely recognized in the industry as a leader in on-demand interactive television. A multiple Emmy® and Peabody award-winner, Mr. Jolna’s combined expertise in both sales & marketing as well as programming have earned him industry recognition for consistently developing creative media that integrates entertainment with commerce initiatives across multiple media platforms, from television to the Web. In 2000, Advertising Age named him to its list of "100 Marketing Executives of the Year" and in 1999 he was included on the publication’s "I-20" list of the most influential new media executives. Mr. Jolna joined TV Guide in March 2004 from TiVo, where he was chief programming officer and one of the company’s founding executives. During his four year tenure at TiVo, Mr. Jolna forged strategic investment and commercial alliances with both Madison Avenue and Hollywood, and developed the service’s interactive entertainment, advertising and research products including "iPreview," "telescoping ads," and "Video Showcases." Mr. Jolna was also instrumental in developing the first interactive magazine for PVR owners—TiVo Takes—which allows viewers to use their remotes to record shows directly from this innovative video magazine. His career in television began at CNN where, during his 14-year tenure, he helped launch CNN Headline News, and created the CNN Special Reports team and the acclaimed weekly magazine CNN Presents, which garnered numerous awards including three Emmy’s® and the prestigious George Foster Peabody. As the news network’s vice president and senior executive producer for Special Programming, Mr. Jolna captured six CableAce awards and his work was nominated as a finalist more than 40 times. Mr. Jolna began his career as a journalist, covering the New England area for the Washington Post and TIME. He was an executive editor for WEEI/CBS newsradio and associate editor for Boston Magazine. Mr. Jolna holds a Masters degree in Journalism from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the State University of New York. He is a founding chairman of the Marketing committee of the Interactive Television Alliance, an industry group representing media, advertising and technology companies aimed at propelling iTV.

Cory Treffiletti, SVP, Managing Director, Carat Fusion: As SVP, Managing Director of the San Francisco office of Carat Fusion, Cory Treffiletti oversees operations, while providing vision for the development of the industry and Carat Interactive's award winning services. Prior to joining Carat Interactive, Cory was Media Director at Freestyle Interactive and managed clients such as EA, Ofoto, and Showtime. Prior to Freestyle, Cory was Vice President of account services for iTraffic, and was also responsible for opening their California offices. At DeWitt, Cory was media planner, working with brands such as BMW and Discovery Channel. In Cory's agency career he has managed media for accounts such as Disney, Macromedia, ABC, Western Union, and ESPN. Cory graduated from Syracuse University with a degree in advertising.

Joyce A. Schwarz is an author/speaker/consultant and one of the leaders in the emerging entertainment and media arena. She heads JCOM, a new product launch and branding consulting firm located in Marina Del Rey, California. Joyce has created marketing and advertising campaigns for more than 100 consumer and B2B technologies and products ranging from emusic.com to projects for Philips, France Telecom & AT&T. She combines more than 20 years experience in advertising and marketing for international ad agencies such as Foote Cone & Belding with a masters degree in film from USC and extensive production experience in film, television, video and interactive. She wrote "Reinventing Hollywood" for the NAB in 1992 and then co-wrote "Multimedia: Gateway to the Next Millennium" in 1993, "How to Break Into the New Hollywood" in 1995. Her latest book is "Cutting the Cord: Guide to Going Wireless" Que Publishing, June 2002. Schwarz is well known as a business writer and colu! mnist for more than 150 articles in such publications as: Business 2.0, Conferenza, Digitrends.net, 'Christian Science Monitor", 'Sales and Marketing' (SAM), LA Times and more. She was the chair and organizer for the first Paris, France Internet/ITV conference from 1995-1997, Digital Day LA , 1993-1996 and is a popular keynote speaker at such conferences as the Invention Convention and the San Diego Computer Fair. She specializes in developing partnerships and alliances for emerging entertainment and new technologies.
