Chris Fralic, Entertainment Strategic Partnerships, eBay, Inc.: Chris Fralic is based in New York, and his role is to help the Entertainment Industry leverage eBay as a marketing platform. EBay is The World's Online Marketplace, with over 114 million registered users and over $22 Billion in annualized gross sales. Chris Fralic was previously responsible for the Music, Movies and Books categories on eBay, and was previously the VP of Business Development at Half.com, which eBay acquired in July 2000. Chris has over 20 years of technology industry experience, including significant Internet sales and business development roles at Oracle and AOL. Earlier in his career, he held senior sales and management roles in the computer reseller and consulting services industry. Chris earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from Villanova University and his MBA from St. Joseph's University.




Neil McGinness, is Vice President for National Lampoon, known worldwide as a leading film and entertainment brand. At National Lampoon, McGinness develops entertainment-based strategic marketing programs through National Lampoon properties in film, television, radio, publishing, online, and on-campus through its in-dorm college cable television network. Before joining National Lampoon, Mr. McGinness spent 10 years working for Lorne Michaels' company, Broadway Video Entertainment eventually becoming Vice President for Marketing & Business Development. His clients have included Coca-Cola, MTV, Nokia, Showtime Networks, Philips Electronics, SONY, TDK, AOL and Airwalk Shoes. He holds a master's degree from NYU's Institute of Film and Television (Tisch School) and received a bachelor's degree from Georgetown University.

Mariana Danilovic is the Managing Direoctor and founder of Hollywood Portfolio, LLC, an entertainment marketing and production company that focuses on selecting and developing a unique portfolio of film & TV products for optimal representation of Fortune 500 corporate brands in Hollywood. Ms. Danilovic is also a co-Founder with Mr. Randall A. Smith and co-Managing Director of Mission Malibu Ventures that focuses on LBO, turn-around, and funding of both private and public companies in digital media, technology, and medical devices areas. Ms. Danilovic serves as a Managing Director of TechSpotter, a premier venture and private equity investment marketplace founded by its President, Jack Burns, that focuses on technology, medical devices, digital media, and consumer ventures. Prior to founding Hollywood Portfolio, LLC, Mariana Danilovic was the CEO of WITI (Women in Technology International). WITI is the first and only international for profit organization dedicated solely to advancing women through access to technology, capital, and business development opportunities. WITI’s primary source of revenues is sponsorship from some of the top tier Fortune 500 companies, including Dell, Raytheon, Texas Instruments, Visa International, Ely Lily, Daimler-Chrysler, GE Capital, IBM, Intel, and many others. Prior to WITI, Ms. Danilovic was the CEO of Digital Media X LLC (DMX), which she founded in 2000. DMX provided venture, later stage private equity, and business development services to technology, TV, film, video gaming, music, and digital media and convergence companies. In 1997 Ms. Danilovic founded and directed the Digital Media Group at KPMG LLP. This practice developed numerous "cutting-edge" entertainment companies, including Market Wire, Tonos, DEN, Thirsty, Enband, mySMART, WalkThisWay, FirstLook.com, E-Poll, CatchTV, and QSTV. Intel, Cox and Hewlett-Packard are some of the strategic investors in these ventures. The practice successfully facilitated the sale of The Well to the Salon prior to its initial public offering. The companies Ms. Danilovic developed at KPMG LLP received first round institutional funding from such well-known venture capital firms as Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, Hummer-Winblad, Constellation Partners, Softbank and North Star Ventures. Prior to joining KPMG, Ms. Danilovic headed business development for Peter Guber’s Mandalay Entertainment. She was also part of the management team of the $60 million fund at Sony Pictures Entertainment that made investments in media and digital media companies worldwide. She also worked with Mike Milken’s Knowledge exchange and at the Twentieth Century Fox International Television Group. Prior to attending business school, she worked in Product Management and Mergers & Acquisitions for Transamerica and SunAmerica. Ms. Danilovic earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from University of California at San Diego. Ms. Danilovic served on the Board of Directors of the Zone Club, served on the Board of Directors of the California Culture Net, Board of Directors of VIC, and was a member of the former Los Angeles Mayor Riordan's Digital Coast Roundtable.

Bill Stratton is vice president of business development for Turner Network Sales (TNS), the domestic distribution, sales and marketing arm of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). In this capacity, Stratton is responsible for executing all non-linear platform distribution for the Turner properties including broadband, VOD, interactive television, wireless technology and Wi-Fi. Stratton is based in Atlanta and reports directly to Kevin Cohen, senior vice president of interactive & enhanced television, TNS. A seasoned Turner veteran, Stratton has held positions with Turner Sports and CNN. Most recently, Stratton served as director of business development for TNS, focusing on broadband distribution and Video On Demand. In this role, he played a key role in launching broadband products from CNN Interactive and Turner Sports Interactive properties, including NASCAR.com, The British Open and PGA Championship. Stratton was integral in negotiating distribution agreements with AOL, Road Runner, Real Networks, and Yahoo. In addition, he was instrumental in launching both CNN on Demand and Cartoon Network/Boomerang on Demand with affiliate partners Time Warner Cable and Comcast. Stratton received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a masters of business administration from Wake Forest University. He is currently a member of the Cable Telecommunications Association of Marketing (CTAM) and the On-Demand Consortium. Turner Network Sales (TNS), a division of Turner Broadcasting System, Inc., is responsible for the sales and marketing of Turner's 11 domestic basic cable networks - TBS, CNN, CNN Headline News, TNT, Cartoon Network, Turner Classic Movies, CNNfn, CNN International, CNN en Español, Turner South and Boomerang - to cable affiliates and special markets throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Steven Yee, Vice President and General Manager, AOL Movies and Moviefone, America Online, Inc.: As Vice President and General Manager of AOL Movies, Steven Yee is responsible for all day-to-day programming and business strategy for AOL Movies, which includes movies programming on both the AOL service and Moviefone. Mr. Yee leads the AOL Movies programming team in developing compelling movie programming and new franchises for moviegoers. In addition, Mr. Yee works with AOL's Interactive Marketing team to help create marketing solutions for movie studio advertising partners who wish to reach the U.S. vast movie-going audience. Previously, Mr. Yee was Vice President of Marketing for America Online's Web Properties Group, which includes Netscape, CompuServe, AOL Instant Messenger ™, ICQ, MapQuest and Moviefone. Before coming to America Online, Mr. Yee held the position of Managing Director of The Accelerator Group in New York, where his advisory work with portfolio companies involved branding and strategic marketing, customer acquisition and retention, and development of sales strategies and infrastructures. Mr. Yee also served as Vice President of Marketing for Sony Online Entertainment Inc., where he launched the online entertainment network, The Stations@sony.com. He also led marketing efforts for Sony's IMAX film initiatives for the Sony New Technologies division, the precursor to what is now known as Sony Online Entertainment.

Douglas Scott, Senior Vice President & General Manager, Bragman Nyman Cafarelli: With over twelve years of marketing experience, Douglas Scott has developed and produced some of the most successful integrated marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies. He is currently General Manager and Senior Vice President of Bragman Nyman Cafarelli (BNC) Marketing and Public Relations New York operation. Some of BNC’s clients include: General Motors, American Express, PlayStation 2, T-Mobile, Jordan brand, MAXIM and Sport Illustrated. Prior to joining BNC, his company, MATTER, produced LOHAS 8, a three-day forum sponsored by Ford Motor Company, and focused on alternative energy, organic food, eco-tourism and other health and sustainability topics. In January 2004, Scott executive produced BLENDER Sessions, in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival. This five-day music series, which was sponsored by VW, Diet Coke and Heineken, featured performances by Nelly, Macy Gray, Liz Phair, Pete Yorn, Camp Freddy and Rooney. When Sean "P. Diddy" Combs decided he wanted to run the ING New York City Marathon in September of 2003, he hired Scott to co-executive produce "Diddy Runs the City" for MTV and executive direct the fundraising efforts for the program. In just seven weeks, the program raised over $2 million for New York City children and received corporate support from Nike, Pepsi, McDonalds, Time-Warner, Viacom, Lincoln and Foot Locker. Prior to co-founding MATTER, Scott was Executive Vice President, Marketing and Branded Entertainment Creative Director at Hypnotic. Scott co-created and executive produced the highly acclaimed Chrysler Million Dollar Film Festival and was also charged with creating innovative branded entertainment campaigns for numerous Fortune 500 companies including Reebok, Ford Motor Company, Nintendo and Toyota. Prior to Hypnotic, he was EVP, Sales & Marketing and General Manager of the Hollywood Stock Exchange (HSX), where he was responsible for launching the Music Stock Exchange; developing Virtual Producer; developing and producing the Company’s annual Academy Awards event, which was supported by Toyota, Pepsi and Sun Microsystems; launching a weekly radio show on CBS Radio, and structuring and overseeing content syndication relationships with Access Hollywood, Advertising Age, Entertainment Weekly, and other national media outlets. From 1995 thru 1997, Scott was President and COO of ArtView a global network of galleries, auction houses and museums and was responsible for developing and executing highly successful strategies for e-commerce and inventory management in partnership with GE Capital. In 1993, Scott co-founded the Red Herring magazine where he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Scott is an active speaker at industry conferences and guest lecturer at several business schools. He holds a B.S. in Economics from University of Maryland, College Park.
