Most recently, Adam was the Director of Marketing at Sony Pictures Mobile, where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing Sony Pictures' mobile products and services; including consumer, partner and product marketing. Prior to Sony Pictures, Adam was a senior producer and manager at AT&T Wireless, responsible for the promotions and user experience on their consumer data service, mMode. Prior to that he served as Vice President of New Platforms for AtomShockwave, a leading online entertainment company comprised of AtomFilms and Shockwave.com, where he successfully managed the company's mobile entertainment and new platform strategy, distribution and marketing. Adam has also held positions at Getty Images, where he was the Director of Product Development and Strategic Alliances. Prior to that, Adam was a games producer for Hal America, a Nintendo licensee. Matthew Feldman, co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer, he lped launch Star Trek into the mobile entertainment world. In addition to his corporate duties, Mr. Feldman works directly with Versalys major brands, including Fear Factor, Access Hollywood, Telemundo, Gumby, Speed Racer and numerous music publishers/labels. Prior to Versaly Entertainment, he previously founded, managed and successfully sold two companies. In 1998, Mr. Feldman founded and served as CEO of Tufans Technology Corporation, a web-based file storage company, acquired by McAfee.com (NASDAQ:MCAF) in June of 2000. Mr. Feldman also co-founded Mosaic Information Technologies, a videoconferencing developer and manufacturer in 1992, acquired by a Dallas-based public telecommunications equiptment company in March 1996. Feldman holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology.Courtney Jane Acuff, Wireless Marketing Specialist, Digits, Starcom MediaVest Group: In the U.S. alone, there are more than 170 million cell phone users. As mobile communications have become more mainstream and pervasive throughout the U.S., Acuff has ensured SMGs competitive edge by navigating the mobile opportunities now available domestically. In her role Acuff designed, executed and analyzed research for the first-ever domestic, consumer-centric wireless market analysis, providing insights into the medias potential for relevant engagement. Thus, Digits is the only company that really knows consumers thoughts because its the only agency that has asked. Acuff has led the charge to uncover actionable, strategic consumer and brand insights for a roster of world-class clients in her role at Starcom IPthe digital and interactive arm of consumer contact consortium SMG. Acuffs primary contributions to the Starcom IP comprise her work with the insights and analytics group, servicing clients including Kellogg, Nasacort and Allstate. Prior to her current position, Acuff acted as the sole insights and analytics analyst for the IP business at GM Planworks, the General Motors-dedicated planning unit of SMG created specifically to manage the company's estimated $2.9 billion planning assignment. Acuff began her career as an analyst with Starcom Media Research in 1999, where she focused on research issues related to local radio and TV, and the traditional competitive landscape. Acuff has two degrees: a bachelors of arts in political science and a bachelors of arts in communications, both from Lake Forest College in Illinois. Acuff currently operates out of SMGs Chicago headquarters. Neil McGinness, Vice President, National Lampoon & General M anager, National Lampoon Mobile is known worldwide as a leading film and entertainment brand. At National Lampoon, McGinness develops entertainment-based strategic marketing programs through National Lampoon properties in film, television, radio, publishing, online, and on-campus through its in-dorm college cable television network. Before joining National Lampoon, Mr. McGinness spent 10 years working for Lorne Michaels' company, Broadway Video Entertainment eventually becoming Vice President for Marketing & Business Development. His clients have included Coca-Cola, MTV, Nokia, Showtime Networks, Philips Electronics, SONY, TDK, AOL and Airwalk Shoes. He holds a master's degree from NYU's Institute of Film and Television (Tisch School) and received a bachelor's degree from Georgetown UniversityPeg Jackson, Managing Director, NeoCarta Ventures: Peg Jackson jo ined NeoCarta Ventures in May 2000. Her responsibilities include making investments in the technology sector and managing the portfolio. She is on the board of several companies, including DataSynapse, Silverpop, Cendura and Zoom. Prior to joining NeoCarta Ventures, Peg Jackson was Vice-President of Business Development at NBC. She joined NBC in 1996, where her primary responsibilities included making investments in Internet and Interactive TV companies. In addition she managed a production group that developed NBCs interactive TV programming. Prior to NBC, Jackson worked in the business development group at Reuters New Media, Inc., where she managed new acquisition and joint venture projects. Jackson was also employed as a Media Analyst for the Toronto Dominion Bank. Jackson received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from New York University.Mariana Danilovic is the founder and Managing Director of Hollywoo d Portfolio, LLC, a developer, owner and operator of cable networks, digital media companies and television programming. The Company focuses on fundraising from institutional investors and brand integration through Fortune 500 companies. Through Hollywood Portfolio, Ms. Danilovic launched the luxury eco media and lifestyle company by extending a sustainable fashion brand to home, beauty and lifestyle products. Mariana also developed the Eco Your Life television show with Jane Sparango, former Producer of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, and the Boom cable network, an entertainment channel for baby boomers. Previously, Ms. Danilovic was the Chief Executive Officer of Women in Technology International (WITI), an international events planning and media company that managed forty (40) chapters worldwide and organized three major conferences each year. During her tenure, WITIs primary source of revenue was sponsorships from Fortune 500 companies, including Daimler-Chrysler, Dell, Eli Lily, GE Capital, IBM, Intel, Raytheon, Texas Instruments, Visa International and many others. Prior to WITI, Ms. Danilovic was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Media Incubator, LLC, which provided venture, later stage private equity, and business development services to digital media, film, music, technology, television, video, and convergence companies. Ms. Danilovic also founded and directed the Digital Media Incubator at KPMG LLP. This group developed numerous entertainment and digital media companies, including CatchTV, Digital Entertainment Network, E-Poll, Enband, FirstLook.com, Market Wire, mySMART, QSTV, Tonos, Thirsty, WalkThisWay. The strategic investors in these ventures included Intel, Hewlett-Packard, LG Electronics and Cox. The group successfully facilitated the sale of the Well to the Salon prior to its initial public offering. The companies Ms. Danilovic developed at KPMG LLP received first round institutional funding from such well-known venture capital firms as Kleiner Perkins, Sequoia Capital, Hummer-Winblad, Constellation Partners, Softbank and North Star Ventures. Prior to joining KPMG, Ms. Danilovic headed business development for Peter Gubers Mandalay Entertainment. She also was part of the management team for the $60 million media fund at Sony Pictures Entertainment that made investments in companies worldwide. Ms. Danilovic also worked with Michael Milkens Knowledge Exchange and at the Twentieth Century Fox International Television Group. Prior to attending business school, Mariana worked in Product Management as well as Mergers and Acquisitions for Transamerica and SunAmerica. Ms. Danilovic currently serves on the Board of Directors of VIC Network, and she previously served on the Board of Directors of Tim Drapers Zone Club, California Culture Net, and was a member of former Los Angeles Mayor Richard Riordan's Digital Coast Roundtable. Mariana earned a Masters in Business Administration from the Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from University of California, San Diego. |
