Peg Jackson, Managing Director, NeoCarta Ventures: Peg Jackson joined NeoCar ta Ventures in May 2000. Her responsibilities include making investments in the technology sector and managing the portfolio. She is on the board of several companies, including DataSynapse, Silverpop, Cendura and Zoom. Prior to joining NeoCarta Ventures, Peg Jackson was Vice-President of Business Development at NBC. She joined NBC in 1996, where her primary responsibilities included making investments in Internet and Interactive TV companies. In addition she managed a production group that developed NBCs interactive TV programming. Prior to NBC, Jackson worked in the business development group at Reuters New Media, Inc., where she managed new acquisition and joint venture projects. Jackson was also employed as a Media Analyst for the Toronto Dominion Bank. Jackson received a BA in Economics from Georgetown University and an MBA from New York University.
Arthur C. Chang, President, Tipping Point Partners, LLC, a media and entertainm ent advisory firm that helps creative managers and entrepreneurs make bet-the-company decisions on issues such as starting-up, financing, and buy-vs-sell decisions, particularly for companies where technology and the Internet play a significant role in determining success or failure. Tipping Point Partners also incubates new companies that will make investments in media and entertainment. Art has over 20 years of experience in start-up company settings, including a Chinese-language e-commerce company; an international television distribution business; and a $2.3 billion public real estate development. Prior to Tipping Point Partners, Art was Chief Operating Officer of GT Advisory Co., LLC, where he formed and managed software and services businesses that leveraged the law firm's capabilities. GT Advisory is a subsidiary of Greenberg Traurig, the fourth largest U.S. law firm, with the largest and the only international entertainment law practice in the U.S. Art joined GT Advisory from the New York City Investment Fund, a $100 million venture capital fund organized by Henry Kravis and Jerry Speyer, where he provided advice on investments in distributed computing, enterprise software, and digital media. Prior to that, Art was an investment banker with experience on over $1 billion of diverse private equity and M&A transactions in power generation, real estate, equipment lease finance, biotech and technology. In 1997, Art co-founded Venture Downtown, the annual venture capital conference in New York City. Art began his career in architecture and real estate development, where he worked on over 50 residential, commercial and public projects totaling over $350 million in construction, including a $100 million project for I.M. Pei. Art volunteers on the Board of the Brooklyn Public Library Foundation, the supporting organization for the fourth largest public library system in the U.S. and on Yale's Alumni Schools Committee, where he interviews undergraduate applicants to Yale University. Art received his M.B.A. in finance from New York University and his B.A. in women's studies with a concentration in art history from Yale. Art lives in Brooklyn with his wife, Allison Thrush, a private equity professional, and their two boys.

Presentation by: Kyle Mashima, Chief Executive Officer and co-founder, FilmLoop: As FilmLoops chief executive officer and co-founder, Kyle Mashima is responsible for defining and leading the companys strategic direction. With more than 22 years of desktop software experience, Kyle can certainly be classified as an industry veteran. Before FilmLoop, Kyle worked for Adobe Systems Inc. first as general manager for Adobes Consumer Software Division, where he coordinated the development and shipment of more than 30 million copies of PhotoDeluxe, and ultimately as Adobes vice president for strategic development, where he drove corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions and alliances. It was at Adobe that he met Prescott Lee, and over bi-weekly breakfasts at Hobees in Palo Alto, CA. that the two cooked up FilmLoops ground-breaking Visual Communications Network. Kyle cut his industry teeth at Apple, Claris and several start ups after receiving his bachelors degrees in mechanical engineering and his masters degree in business administration from Stanford University. IV. Exavio: Exavio, Inc. provides technology solutions that ease the time- and money-wasting data bottlenecks that currently limit or slow down creative and research professionals using storage area networks. Presentation by: Michael Moone, President and CEO Mr. Michael Moone was most recently president and CEO of Alloptic, Inc., where he was instrumental in driving the company to a leadership position in the fiber networking industry. As Group Vice President of the Consumer Line of Business for Cisco Systems, Moone helped to found the Internet Home Alliance division and was responsible for driving strategic alliances and par tnerships. Moone worked with Exavio's founders as CEO of V- Bits and negotiated its acquisition by Cisco in 1999. In 1997 Moone led the successful IPO of Faroudja Laboratories and in 1994 helped establish HealthRider, Inc., as one of Fortune 100's fastest growing companies as well as its acquisition by Icon Health and Fitness. Prior to that Moone honed his executive management and marketing skills at such noted companies as Atari and Milton Bradley. Moone received degrees in Economics and Political Science from Xavier University.

Presentation by: Adam Bleibtreu, President, Gas Station TV: Adam Bleibtreu is president of Gas Station TV where he provides design, execution and integration expertise to the company. He is the foremost authority in narrowcasting and IPTV networks. His 25 years of experience in advertising, media and marketing include the design, implementation, and integration of the first digital networks in themed restaurants, shopping malls and conventions centers in the United States. As a senior marketing executive he helped to guide the launch of a television network, and consumer products that have generated over $500 million in annual sales. Some of his recent work includes building the Convention Center TV Network in the busiest convention center in the US, the Las Vegas Convention Center. He was also the VP of New Media for the Hollywood & Highland project; a mixed use facility in Los Angeles that includes the Academy Award Theater, a 450 room hotel and 400,00 square feet of retail space. He was responsible for not only the Network, but also generating over $25 million in guarantied revenue from media sales fro the project. Bleibtreu also served as the initial VP of Creative Services for the WB Television Network, where he supported the launch of both the Network and its shows. Prior to the WB, for five years Mr. Bleibtreu served as the Director of Advertising for LA Gear, where he led the advertising and media efforts, which supported over $1 billion of sales. He holds a bachelors degree with honors from the University of Southern California.
VI. Rights Group, LLC: Rights Group, LLC provides mobile marketing solutions for the political and advocacy markets with a clear value proposition: locate supporters and convert supporters into activists. At Sunshine, Jed developed an innovative syndication sponsorship model commissioning top young directors to make short films for multiple distribution networks with nationally branded sponsorship. Sunshine partners, clients, and customers have included Microsoft, Oracle, Scripps Howard, and others. Additionally, while at Sunshine, he oversaw the production of feature films and developed television. During his tenure practicing law at Rudolph and Beer, and as an associate at Paul Weiss, Alperts clients included films such as Slingblade, Hurricane Streets, Sunday, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Cruise, Next Stop Wonderland, Three Seasons, and Star Maps. He represented companies such as Open City Films, Rhino Entertainment and Sonic Net. Further, Alpert produced numerous feature films including Sunday, winner of the 1997 Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize and the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award. He has also served on the board of a number of film festivals and arts organizations, including Genart, The Newport Film Festival and Thread Waxing Space.
