Greg Fawcett, Vice President of Business Development for IMG Media, a division of IMG, the world's premier sports, entertainment and media Company. IMG Sports & Entertainment includes fashion events and models representation; client representation in golf, tennis, European football, rugby, cricket, motor sports, broadcasting, coaching, Olympic sports and action sports. IMG Media produces and distributes more than 10,000 hours of sports, documentary, drama, comedy, entertainment, popular factual and children's content annually, over multiple platforms across 200 countries, including award-winning television and radio programming. It also represents the broadcast rights to many of the world's premier sporting events and has the world's biggest sports archive with more than 200,000 hours of footage. Prior to joining IMG, Fawcett was vice president of marketing and business development at Sequence Design, Avant!/Synopsys and e-commerce developer iSilk. Fawcett has also worked in strategic planning for the News Corporation and in product development for New York Times Digital. Fawcett received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Pomona College, and a Masters in Business Administration from NYU.


Vivian Schiller, Senior VP & GM, NYTimes.com: Vivian Schiller was named Senior Vice President and General Manager of NYTimes.com in May 2006. Her responsibility is to lead the day-to-day operations of NYTimes.com, the largest newspaper Web site on the Internet. Ms. Schiller had previously served as Senior VP, Television and Video for The New York Times and also Executive VP and General Manager for the Discovery Times Channel, a joint venture with Discovery Communications. She has been with the Times Company since May 2002. Under Ms. Schiller's leadership, Discovery Times Channel distribution grew from 14 million households to more than 39 million, achieving early profitability and critical acclaim. During her tenure, The Discovery Times Channel also received numerous awards including three Emmys, two Overseas Press Club Awards and three National Headliner Awards. Before joining the Times Company, Ms. Schiller worked for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. as Executive Vice President for CNN Productions. In this position, she led the CNN Newsgroup's long-form programming efforts, including the development and launch of People in the News (with People magazine) and CNN Presents. During her tenure with CNN, Ms. Schiller received numerous awards, including five Emmy Awards and two Peabody Awards. Earlier in her career, Ms. Schiller served as Vice President and General Manager of Turner Original Productions where she managed the documentary division of the Turner Entertainment Networks. In addition, she was senior producer for Turner's first-ever Oscar nominated program, Hank Aaron: Chasing the Dream, among other Peabody and Emmy-winning productions. She began her career at Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. in 1988 as a Russian interpreter and production coordinator on projects in the former Soviet Union.

Robert Hayes is the Senior Vice President, General Manager, Digital Media for Showtime Networks Inc. In this position, Hayes is responsible for the company’s online, broadband, wireless and interactive television (ITV) initiatives including day-to-day leadership, business development, content and production. Showtime recently consolidated all of their digital media operations under Hayes, and in this role he has also inherited domestic electronic sell-through (EST, or selling content to such platforms as iTunes) as well as developing further revenue opportunities through digital platforms. Previously, Hayes served as Senior Vice President, New Media and Vice President of New Media for Showtime Networks Inc., positions he held since April 2001. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Business Development and was instrumental in the strategy and launch of Showtime’s digital multiplexes including SHOWTIME NEXT, SHOWTIME WOMEN and SHOWTIME FAMILYZONE. Hayes also served as Vice President, International Business Development, charged with assessing opportunities for SHOWTIME and other SNI brands in the international marketplace including launching and overseeing Showtime’s ventures in Spain and the Middle East. He joined the company as Director of International Business Development in 1995. Previously, Hayes worked at Home Box Office as Manager of Programming, based in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as Manager of International Business Development based in New York. Hayes has done post graduate studies at Columbia University in Emerging Technologies and has received his M.B.A. in International Business from American University in Washington, D.C. He works in the company's New York headquarters.

Keith Kocho founded ExtendMedia (then Digital Renaissance) in 1991. Under his leadership, the company has been recognized for numerous awards including The Fast 50, Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies, Profit 100, and others, and he has personally received such awards as the BDC's Young Entrepreneur of the Year. He has been an advisor to Apple Computer, consultant to leading telecommunications and technology companies such as Intel, IBM and Microsoft, and has served on the advisory boards of several Colleges and Universities. In addition, Keith has spearheaded ExtendMedia’s many strategic content relationships, including partnerships with CAA and Zifferin/Brittenham. His industry roles have included board participation on ITAC, CANARIE and the Canadian Film Centre. He also currently serves on the board of the World Wildlife Fund. Prior to starting the company, Keith co-developed the first PC-based offline video editing system, EnSuite, in 1990. He is a graduate of Ryerson University with a degree in Radio and Television Arts.





Will Richmond is President and Founder of Broadband Directions LLC, a market intelligence and consulting firm specializing in broadband-delivered video. Broadband Directions’ market intelligence service, Broadband Video FocusSM examines the broadband video market to provide critical competitive insights and actionable data to support decision-makers in developing their broadband video product strategies and implementation plans. Many of the world’s leading content providers and technology companies subscribe to the service. Since 2003, Will has consulted to many early-stage and established companies in the broadband video industry. Will is an acknowledged thought-leader in the fast-growing broadband video area and also publishes a monthly e-newsletter on broadband topics that is widely read throughout the industry. He is frequently called on by industry executives, venture capitalists, journalists and others to provide his insights. Will has worked in the broadband, cable TV, content, network infrastructure and software industries for over 15 years. Earlier in his career, Will worked at Continental Cablevision (the 3rd largest cable operator) from 1990-1998, initially managing large operations in the Boston area, and then as VP Business Development and part of the founding team of Continental's pioneering broadband internet access service "Highway1". Subsequently he served as VP Business Development for CMGI's iCast and for Narad Networks. Will has a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Steve Quinn, Chief Operating Officer, ROO: Steve Quinn is responsible for the management and oversight of sales and marketing efforts across the U.S., as well as all operations, content acquisition, programming and development around the world, including company locations in North America, the United Kingdom and Australia. Mr. Quinn is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the global entertainment, digital media and information technology industries. Recognized for his vision and leadership, Mr. Quinn has a proven track record defining strategic direction and delivering tactical business solutions to pursue new market opportunities. Before joining ROO, Mr. Quinn provided business development consultancy services to digital media companies and was instrumental in developing new and compelling business models for consumer media distribution. Prior to this, Mr. Quinn was Senior Vice President of Sony Music where he was responsible for managing the corporation’s worldwide information technology and digital media initiatives. While at Sony, he delivered a number of profitable M&A initiatives and played a lead role in the marketing and commercialization of the company’s digital assets. Before joining Sony, Mr. Quinn worked with Andersen Consulting, International Business Machines and American Express as a change agent for global companies.

Michael Quigley, Executive Director, Business Development, TBS, Inc.: Michael Quigley, Executive Director, Business Development, TBS, Inc.: Michael Quigley is executive director of business development for Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. (TBS, Inc.). In this capacity, he is responsible for developing and executing all non-linear platform distribution for the Turner properties across broadband, interactive television and wireless. Quigley is based in Atlanta and reports directly to Bill Stratton, vice president of business development for TBS, Inc. A seasoned new media veteran, Quigley most recently served as vice president of business development and strategy for DMX MUSIC. In this role, he was responsible for the distribution of DMX MUSIC’s Asia Pacific pay TV music channels, execution of the company’s digital music business development plan and the sale of the company to a private investor group. Prior to joining DMX MUSIC, Quigley served as director of business development for Liberty Digital, Inc., and as manager of strategic planning for Time Warner, Inc. Quigley earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics from Rice University and a masters of business administration from Stanford University.





Tina Imm, Vice President, Digital Media, VH1: Tina Imm joined VH1 as Vice President, Digital Media in July, 2004. She manages the full scope of VH1’s online business and is responsible for the overall strategy, creative direction, content development, and production for VH1’s digital platforms including VH1.com, VH1 Mobile, VH1 Podcasts, VH1 Games, and VSPOT, VH1’s broadband channel. In this position, she also leads the content, promotional, and branding convergence efforts between VH1 and its digital properties. Imm spearheaded the July 2005 launch of VSPOT, VH1’s broadband channel, which features original and exclusive programming, in addition to content that extends VH1’s on-air music and shows programming on demand. During the first quarter of 2006, VSPOT’s success hit all-new highs yielding a 187 percent increase in streams over the fourth quarter of 2005. VH1.com is one of the fastest growing music and entertainment sites on the Web, posting a record year in 2005 with average monthly unique visitors up 44% and page views up 40% compared to the previous year. Prior to joining VH1, Imm served as Chief Operating Officer for Complex Media LLC, a new media company that develops creative for youth culture through various media outlets. While there, she oversaw the launches of two magazines: Complex, an urban lifestyle publication for young men, and Bullseye, a custom publication for Target Corporation mixing editorial with products sold at Target stores. Before that, Imm co-founded the youth culture portal Platform Network (Platform.net) in 1996, which aggregated over 40 top urban brands such as Ecko Unlimited, Triple 5 Soul, and Trace Magazine. As Platform Network’s Chief Operating Officer, she attracted investors including Sony, Warburg Pincus, and Chase Capital to support the portal’s dynamic combination of a robust e-commerce system with original editorial. She left in 2001 after overseeing Platform’s successful merger with Hookt Network. While still in college, Imm also co-founded Tagworks, a new media development company with clients such as AOL, BMG, and Conde Nast. Imm graduated from Brown University with a double concentration in Art: Semiotics and Applied Mathematics.
