Leslie Poole, Chief Executive Officer, Javien Digital Payment Solutions: On the forefront of the online payment industry, Leslie Poole joined microCreditCard in 2000 and then successfully merged it with Javien Digital Payment Solutions, Inc., in 2001. Since then he has led Javien in developing e-commerce solutions for leading companies in a variety of industries. In the entertainment industry specifically, digital music providers have made significant strides and Javien’s role in this success is notable. The company’s technology powers the digital content sales for Ruckus Network, iMesh and Trans World Entertainment’s FYE Download Zone among others. For over 15 years Leslie Poole has made a career out of leading ventures in both the technology and financial industries. Previously, Mr. Poole co-founded Broad IP Networks, a networking infrastructure company, and served as the chief executive officer. He has also held positions as the senior vice president of sales and marketing for Network Security Technologies, Inc. and executive director of The National Investment Fund for Credit Unions, where he grew assets under management from $100 million to over $1 billion. Mr. Poole sits on the Content Division board of the Software and Information Industry Association, the Digital Media Committee at American Business Media and the board of Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union.

Victoria Glickman Hodgkins, Director, Business Development & Marketing, Peppercoin: As Director of Business Development and Marketing, Ms. Hodgkins develops and manages Peppercoin's strategic marketing programs, including overseeing all lead generation activities and coordinating the Micro and Small Payments Conference that Peppercoin hosts each year. Ms. Hodgkins brings a decade of experience in enterprise software sales and marketing to her role at Peppercoin. Prior to joining Peppercoin in 2005, Ms. Hodgkins held several marketing and sales positions at CSG Systems, a NASDAQ Small Cap 400 provider of customer care and billing solutions to the telecommunication industries; including Director of Corporate Alliances and Director of Strategic Marketing and Sales Operations. In 1998 she joined Kenan Systems, a billing and customer care company that Lucent acquired in 1999 and subsequently divested to CSG Systems in 2001. As a Sales Manager at Kenan Systems, Ms. Hodgkins closed the two largest deals in Kenan's corporate history with a combined contract value of more than $30 million. During her seven year tenure at Kenan/Lucent/CSG, Ms. Hodgkins also helped grow the global alliances program with partners such as Accenture, IBM and Sun Microsystems to generate more than $2 million dollars in direct revenue. Ms. Hodgkins graduated Magna Cum Laude from Harvard College with an A.B. degree in European History and earned an MBA with Distinction from Harvard Business School.

Fran Heeran, Chief Technical Officer, Valista: Fran Heeran is CTO at Valista with responsibility for defining the strategy and direction for Valista’s existing and future products. Prior to Valista, Fran was Director of Product Strategy at Network365, a leading provider of comprehensive payments and mobile content delivery platforms. Prior to Network365 Fran was a Senior Engineer at ISOCOR Ireland, a leading provider of world-class Internet software, supplying high-quality, high-performance software designed to handle an organization’s messaging and directory requirements. Fran has more than 17 years experience in software product development organization, architecting and implementing a wide range of industry solutions including Building Management Systems, Digital TV broadcasting, Document Management Systems, Developer Tools and Network Management solutions. Fran is a Chartered Engineer and has published numerous articles in leading global mobile industry, payment and software development publications.






Douglas Knopper, Chief Executive Officer, BitPass: Doug brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, media and technology, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Ad Management at DoubleClick. Prior to Doubleclick, Doug oversaw advertising campaigns for well-known brands and products at Lowe and Partners, TBWA/Chiat Day, and J. Walter Thompson. He was named as one of "50 Online People to Know" by Media Magazine in 2004. Doug earned his MBA from Georgetown University and holds a BA, with honors, from the University of Michigan.











Carol L. Realini, Chief Executive Officer, Obopay: A 3-decade veteran in technology, Carol Realini is a successful startup CEO with extensive technology and financial services software experience. Carol was Chairman of Chordiant Software (CHRD), a leader in one-to-one marketing and customer interaction software. During her tenure as CEO and President, she raised over $30 million in venture capital and played a key leadership role in the start-up, development, and successful IPO of the company. Today, Chordiant is a leading technology provider of customer interaction software to banking, card services, insurance, and lending institutions. Prior to her success at Chordiant, Carol was the CEO/President of J. Frank Consulting for six years, a business she later sold to MCI. Prior to J. Frank, she was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Legato Systems, Inc., a network storage software leader. Today, Carol is dedicated to creating innovative technology as an investor and an active board member. She invested in Invio, a provider in the storage market, that was recently acquired by Veritas. Carol also serves on the boards of several international development organizations devoted to entrepreneurship.
