Gregory L. Jay Grdina, CEO of Club Jenna Inc., is one of the most successful and creative executives in the adult entertainment industry. As a young person, post college, Grdina enjoyed great success as a male model and young businessman overseas. He entered the adult film industry in 1992 and branched out, simultaneously working as a writer, actor, cinematographer, video technician, director and editor. P. Holt Gardiner is Managing Director, Owner and Founder of Eclipse Entertainment Capital, LLC ("Eclipse"). Eclipse is an investment banking and strategic advisory firm with a focus on the entertainment and media industries. Eclipse specializes in M&A advisory, distressed debt, venture capital, leveraged transactions, and mezzanine and principal investments. Additionally, Eclipse engages in the development, finance and production of feature entertainment and television. Prior to founding Eclipse in 2002, Gardiner worked with McCown De Leeuw & Co., a leveraged buyout firm based in Menlo Park, CA and New York, and at CS First Boston in the London-based International Mergers & Acquisitions Department. Gardiner has a broad range of financial and operating experience in the entertainment, gaming, information technology, transportation, hospitality and forest products industries, and has served as the primary financial strategist to public and private companies in all of these industries. Gardiner has a Dual Bachelor of Arts degree in both History and Economics from Duke University, where he was the President of the Economics Honor Society, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Marc A. Brown, Head of Mobile TV, Waat Media: Marc A. Brown is the head of Mobile TV for Waat Media, the leading provider of late night mobile entertainment worldwide. As head of Waats mobile TV services, Mr. Brown manages all programming and operations for the delivery of branded programming from top gaming information and adult producers that is streamed and broadcast by leading international mobile carriers. He brings to Waat Media his extensive experience in production, on-air promotions and expanding globally recognized brands into new digital distribution formats through innovative programming. Mr. Brown comes to Waat Media from Playboy Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE: PLA), where he spent 14 years, most recently as Vice President-Convergence & Broadband. At Playboy he spearheaded initiatives in interactive and mobile technologies and expanded Playboys online subscription offerings to include Playboy TV-branded and Spice-branded pay sites. He also created innovative cross-channel television campaigns to market Playboy TV programming to cable and satellite audiences. Prior to his tenure at Playboy he was a producer for KCET-TV, the Los Angeles public television station, where he handled on-air promos for network and locally produced programs. Mr. Brown has a bachelors degree from the University of Pennsylvania and earned a master of fine arts degree from Columbia University.
